Yes, these do work for 3.10 OE and above!!! I have 3.40 OE and I have a ton of theme packs and custom icons for my PSP that work just fine!

I'm sorry, but why do (almost) all custom themes look SO DAMN UGLY?! From these ones, PSP Restyled Silver Theme is the only decent one.
But for me, the best is Sony's original XMB. Period.

use the recovery and go back to 1.50 then upgrade back to 3.03..
I've done this about 4 times now.

You don't need to recover back to 1.50. Make your own recovery folder with the eboot.pbp given to us by dark_alex to install OE. Include data.dxar in the folder and that's it! No need the hassle of 1.50...

just run the 3.03 update:) thats what i did whenever i brocked - it had to be ran in IR shell since i did not have a computer at the time. but OE does install fine in irshell:)

I flashed the whole naruto themes on ma psp ... and the PSP logo ( inside the ... opening_plugin.rco ) comes up white for the gameboot ... any suggestions? =/
