Sounds like 3.30 may have some serious under-the-hood changes. At the very least, I'd expect Sony to be using almost all of the PSP's flash space with the new firmware considering how they're compressing and cramming things in, and the recent poll on what features people wouldn't mind losing.

i must admit i'm suprised that someone like dax who has created so many custom firmwares etc that writes to flash has had it all this time without bricking, i would have thought dax had a modchip

if he's bricked his PSP with a UP then something seriously went wrong. (maybe sony have found a way to corrupt the chip??)
Still waiting for theis but when its ready its ready, cant rush art.
some painters spent years on their work, some right up to death, before completing it. (hopefully not that long for Dax)
