nice, but deniska beat sony to this...
stylish, will require upgrade sadly.. :*( hopefully that new explooit gets somewhere. and i liek how it flips down, i kept saying it looked stupid and unpractical sticking up like that
do we need to pay monthly for this?
I know sony doesn't have gps, so who's will it run off of?
cumbersome
who honestly needs a gps?
O! M! G!
This'll probably cost more money than it's worth.
i need a gps >:o
"we've determined the pirated iso is at this location."
but the OMG part sounded like a girl finding her favoite boots on sale...
pathetic...
You're going to have to screw this on top of the psp as well...
Hell Yerah even though sony is probaley going to track down people with iso but so what who cares
For those saying that sony can track you and your isos, you should think a little. This is a receiver, it can only receive signals from the GPS satellites...
Satellite Radio would be a cool add on for this!
how could they track down isos? you can run isos on firmware higher than 1.5? exactly...u wouldnt be running isos with the firmware required to use the gps
really now wat is the point of a gps? it is a real waste of money. i'd rather buy a map and use that than waste money on a gps
Then more than likely it won't cost anymore than the price for the unit. It shouldn't cost you anything to use it, at least that's what someone who uses them told me :P. Some may not want this, but I know I'd rather have this than look at some world atlas while trying to drive ( It's not fun, I've had to do it several time ). But yah *sighs heavily* , it will inevitably have to require some friggin firmware upgrade ( which I stilll think are getting a little too old ). If SONY wanted the world to REEALLY wet themselves with joy ,they could promise not to keep going with the constant firmware updates...LOL. :D ;-)
At any rate, I hope it's not to high priced, because I could really see myself using this for more than just gaming.
i think i would pay $50 for this... any more than that and forget it...
i wonder what its gonna have to do with MGS. i hope its not a needed accessory for MGS.
.. i need a gps T_T and about sony tracking down people with illegal iso's, its like trying to stop people from growing and selling weed HAHAHAHAHA so funny
blunts for everybody
WHAT WILL THIS HAVE TO DO WITH MPO? I hope we dont need it to play, also I hope this will just be an add on, and I hope you dont need this to acquire different characters randomly.
i really cant wait untill this comes out
is there a price
nocomment
does anyone have any real info on how much this is gonna cost?
I did not mean to press enter.
This is not really a smooth, curvy and sleek piece of hardware. It just plain ugly and it looks out of place.
As for who needs a GPS? Well maybe not a 9 years old gamer but the PSP is so more then just that. This is just one more feature to complement this awesome piece of hardware. I need a GPS for my work and so does a lot of people.
Use a map? Sure... and while I'm at it, I'll walk instead of driving and use candles as oppose to electrical light.
Live with your time!
I think the price would be btw $50-$80 reason is the usb GPS attachments for laptop is around $80-$130 so it sounds about right, tho i might be wrong, and the idea of having satillite radio is cool. but do you guys know if it will be a fully functional GPS(so I can use it in my car)? I hope it's not a limited "functionality" (is that a word?) will just have to wait till TGS on Sep 22.
Sony made it flip down, no, not for looks or practicality...............so it can keep their POS UMD tray shut.
it's require a fw update for verion 99999999? If it is cheap enough and if I can use it in mine without firmware upgrade that devhook can't handle then I might consider getting it....
