come on! awesome!
i've seen ***** all improvements in the last few releases, whats the point? if sound is going to be added then all this crap is going to have to be gone through again, unless you are working on sound at the same time whats the point, WOT THIS GAME WORKS AT 60FPS BUT NO SOUND
GONNA TAKE ANOTHER YEAR (IF LUCKY)TO GET SOUND TO WORK, JUST BUY A *****ING CONDOMD AND ***** YOUR MUM AND HAVE DONE YOU SKILLESS *****
wank: Whats your point with that comment? Sound smart, or just stupid?
Great work StrmnNrmn, as always its really appreciated, and we cant wait for the release. Please try to ignore fools and ungrateful disrespectful unbelievers like #2.
baby steps you stupid f***!! u obviously have had everything handed to you in your life and no absolutely nothing of hard work. its takes time to get emulation right.. the closer u get the faster the work goes. great work!! much appriciated!!
STUPID GUY!! STILL WASTING TIME ON N64 EMULATOR!! GBA IS MUSH BETTER!!!
Dear Wank,
I read you comment and thought it over thoroughly. I came to this conculsion: Die. Now. Kkthx~
@ #2 and 6
Why even post here, if you dont care about the n64 emulator. Obviously you morons care enough to brag your stupid opinions which in turn, nobody cares about. See my point?
don't waste your time reading unregistered comments
If they don't register, they don't want to be heard...
Can't wait to test the emu...keep us posted
Whats happening with your brains?? N64 will never get "playable"! You are just dreaming and getting yourselves wrong! Get to the reality...
there's nothing wrong with trying
its not like this is the final version or anything; there's still plenty of room for improvement and optimization
what i'd really like to see is a DS emulator ;p
Take a look at the Snes TYL Port and how much optimisations and hard work has gone into it. Most of the games are now either playable, full speed or very close but compare the specs of Snes to the N64 and consider the difference with 2D vs 3D.
If we are realistic, I think N64 will never get to a playable rate, there might be a few less graphically intensive games that will play at a decent speed but apart from that, I do not have very high hopes. Of course I hope I will be proved wrong. I think we all need to stop dreaming and simply be as realistic as possible.
keep working StrmnNrmn!
don't mean u, anonymous coward, but the following ppl are spoiled f*cking babies: #2, 6, and 10. Wow, i really hate seeing such comments on homebrew. They're doing it FOR FREE morons!! How could u sit there and type these angry comments?! As i say lots of times, i'd like to see u code something better urself
to #13's post, yeah it's possible to get a ds emulator, more so than n64, because the ds's graphics SUCK (i can complain about payware). i've noticed that there are pretty much ZERO lighting effects, generally poor video hardware, and a pathetic screen resolution of 256x192 pixels on each screen. Its processors run at 67 and 33 mhz. Pretty lame! The N64 ran at around 97 mhz, compared to the ds. If someone were to try as hard as StrmnNrmn on it, they could at least run ds homebrew at a good speed pretty early in development
to #13, i think good emulation will eventually happen. 30 fps is all i ask because it'd still be enjoyable. StrmnNrmn has proven to be a pretty talented developer, despite his n00by status on sourceforge. He sounds pretty smart when he posts these progress reports, and look what he's developing, an N64 emulator on PSP!! I think ppl should stop yelling at him and instead support him as he works his way to his ultimate goal of good N64 emulation
Id love to see a DS emulator, not to actually play it but just as a concept idea. Though the double screen effect would be impossible in some ways, would be something to see.
As for the N64 emulator grats on all who are working on it, just the thought of running mario 64 on the psp is funny to me
http://blackcats-games.net
the link above is good for some roms, has a complete n64 collection - have to register
why does anyone acknowledge donkey as a person anymore? hes a blatant retard.
Strmnrmn you are a legend, keep up the excellent work :D
think when Strmnrmn releases his newest version of n64, that the fps will be at around 20
who told u that the fps will be around 20
He's working on graphical stuff, save, and controls I don't think any of those things will make the emulator run any faster. Maybe a little smoother and mor polished but not faster and especially not a jump to 20fps.
This is great news. Maybe super mario 64 will run 15-20 fps in game. but this is good. Great Job!
honestly i dont think it will be around 20 fps but i have high hopes. This emulator is amazing. BLOCK UNREGISTERED COMMENTS. all of you who want a GBA emulator are STUPID. Dont waste your time here
youre acting like psmonkey with ur updates.
cool. N64 emu FTW!
GBA is better? GBA is already portable you stupid fack! Getting the N64 to be portable is the awesome part here.
Awesome work StrmnNrmn. As always we love your work!!!!!
FACK THE MONKEY!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Hey StrmnNrmn I hope you enjoyed Barcelona. I moved here a year ago and love it. The women, weather, food and lifestyle is great.
with this we might be able play some of the wonderful n64 games like mario kart and viligante 8 and more can't wait
I hope PSdonkey and StrmnNrmn work together as they both seem like talented coders and they can help each other. PSdonkey has a C++ tutorial for everyone here at this site so we all can learn how to program in C++ and make our own games and emualtors for the PSP

oops, sorry I gave out the wrong link for the C++ programming tutorial by PSdonkey. Here is the correct link so we all can learn C++ and make games for the PSP
