"The first one lets users run Capcom PlayStation 1 games on the Sony handheld while the second one is for titles released on Capcom PlayStation 2"
I don't know why soooo many people think that Capcom's arcade hardware has anything at all to do with the Playstation or Playstation 2. CPS1 = Capcom Play System 1, I think based on that you can all guess what CPS2 stands for.
Capcom did have a home system though called the Capcom CPS Changer which I only mention because sometimes people mix up CPS2 games and CPS changer games when they see them if they don't know the difference.
Oh and TY again NJ! You da man!
Darn it! For a moment I literally thought that QJ meant that you can play PS2 games made by capcom for the PS2. As in you can play street fighter/ marvel games made for the PS2 on your PSP... Ok, sure you might say, "well if that's the case noob, then why did you think only capcom games would work?" Well, the reason was that I assumed that maybe games like street fighter use a specialized "mapper" or whatever it's called, and since it seems so easy to emulate (I mean, basically you're just emulating moving sprites... Even mortal kombat 1 had realistic looking fighters, which were simply moving sprites)... But, yes, thank you for snapping some sense into me, Missa!
