It is possible to make this work by opening the PARAM.SFO in Notepad and editing it from saying 3.11 to 3.03 or 3.10
Actually this is old news already, I have downloaded last night already. And no need to change anything, just put the files into GAME310 is ok, this game is the best music game for PSP, I can't wait until 30 Mar, haha..
This has been available for over 24hrs...HAHA!!! late :D
Last night I have mastered the 6 button mode in the first game!! Can't wait to get the 2nd part!!!
I can't even start it!
I tried putting it in the GAME310 folder, yet i still get the damn upgrade error!
DA PLZ MAKE A 3.11 OE FW!
3.11 NOT 3.10 get it? See the HUGE difference? thats why it doesnt work.
Use this -

Get lost!!!
all you got to do to make it wrk is opening the pbp file in a hex editor (google it, lots of free ones) and in the start of the file you find 3.11, change it to 3.03 and youre good to go..
5 button mode, awesome :-) (nailed full combo first try, lol)
Bored? visit my site Peeps: www.iorkara.com
add something new and not so many damn ads in it man
aren't you the one who mentioned about hex edited game demos? if you are the one then why are you trying to encourage people to upgrade to a crapy firmware and not even mentioning about hex editing it at all!!! (trying to kill homebrew?)
qj do psp news not just homebrew
wow, i hexed it and it works!!! much easier than i thought at first(my first time hexing) man, this game is hard! maybe cause im used to the arcade game of the same name(i think) and cause its really late at night and im dead tired :P
can anyone upload a 3.03 version pls.. +)
thats one seriously difficult demo! I have never played any of these games.. always wanted though :)
I hope in God all mighty that the actual game doesn't require the 3.11 firmware ;_____________;
i have 3.03 oe and i tryed hex it 3.11 to 3.03 but the game turned into error
it worked YES this is so good, i have the 1st one i bet the 2nd one will be the best game for the psp
