They always do this. Metroid Corruption comes out on Friday too, but play.com shipped it today for me. It's so you can get it on launch, it's nothing new, both sites have always done it.

Doesn't really have any effect on this at all though.
While the vast majority of laws will be identical, there are differences.
We have laws that mean you can be fined for defacing a coin because it has the queens face on it. I've seen penny pressing machines in several places in the US though, designed to deface the coins.
You guys cant legally drink till you're 21. We can have a pint with a meal when we're 16, and we can just generally buy alcohol when we're 18.
It doesn't matter if someone can be sued for something in your country, doesn't make it illegal over here. To be honest, your countries legal system is a mess in places. You can sue for anything that happens to you over there. You'd get laughed out of the courtroom if you tried to sue someone over here for some of the stuff you guys actually win over there.
There's loads of little differences in the legal systems of our countries. We have our own set of laws, we don't follow yours.
