The Game Factory and Niko Entertainment's Code Lyoko: Quest for Infinity for the PlayStation Portable and PS2 - Image 1

Have you seen the French CGI animated TV series Code Lyoko? If you haven't, you'll probably be acquainted with it soon enough since it's on its way to a Sony PlayStation Portable and/or Sony PlayStation 2 near you. The Game Factory and Neko Entertainment has teamed up to bring Code Lyoko: Quest for Infinity to Sony's platforms.

So what can we expect from Code Lyoko: Quest for Infinity? According to the initial press release, quite a lot. First off, the video game will be centering on the new arc tied in with the Code Lyoko fourth season's storyline where the heroes (Aelita, Jeremie, Odd, Ulrich, and Yumi) will be battling their arch enemy Xana. The villain had finally succeeded in destroying Lyoko (the virtual world), but the heroes managed to restore one sector, giving them another chance to save the world.

Code Lyoko: Quest for Infinity will be featuring levels in the different sectors - Ice sector, Mountain sector, Forest Sector, Desert Sector, and Sector 5.  Also, exclusive to the Sony PSP version of the game is a Wireless Trading System. The different characters will be sporting different abilities and specialties.

Ready to track down and defeat Xna for good? We'll have to wait until June to get our hands on Code Lyoko: Quest for Infinity, but we do have a couple of concept art from the video game for you to ogle at until we get more information.

Well, having enjoyed the series, I am glad to hear a game is being made for PSP. I would like to point out, though, that there was never a volcano sector anywhere in Code Lyoko, so I am hoping that is an error in your information.

Also, in your last paragraph, it's "Xana" not "Ana"

Now I'm going to point to your "Ana" fix. It's "Xana", not "Xna"
