PSP Homebrew - Image 1CrazyC has once again released another batch of updates for DOSBox. For the uninitiated, DOSBox is a DOS emulator for the Sony  PlayStation Portable handheld video game system. Here's what CrazyC had to say about this release:

I've put up a new patch and binary that hopefully will fix your problem with switching modes. Also, you can now mount your memory stick as an hdd image to work around the psp fat driver limitation. Be very careful! For now don't try it with a memory stick who's contents you care about!

Try not to remove the memory stick without unmounting it first. Do not insert another memory stick without unmounting the previous one! Do not mount the memory stick as an image and as an regular mount at the same time as there is a good chance you will corrupt it! Mount it using "imgmount msstor0: -t hdd -fs fat -size ". Win311 works with this if you comment out the blockdev and pagefile devices in system.ini.

Heed the warnings, guys. Also, please be very careful when installing this app to avoid damaging your PSP. You can click on the source link below if you're in need of further information.

How about making this emultator a little bit friendlier?
No complicated installs
No corrupted memory sticks
No downloading 10 different revision packs and installing them
Some kind of compatiblity list

Maybe then I'll try it

I know.. hence why I really don't have time to try it (especially considering that most of my favourite DOS games have native ports on the PSP).
