 » check it..

Please read this, you will be excited. When you click this link, www.xrl.us/ccrate you will go to a website that will show you how to sign up for another website that pays you 2 - 45$ (PER) to do surveys, sign up for trial offers, and test products.
Companies such as ebay pay CC to have people try their offers, and when you complete an offer, CC simply passes the money onto you. By spending an average of 3-4 hours a week on cascrate,
I have made 472$ in May, 412$ in June, and 271$ (SO FAR) in July. You get paid in real checks from "KNGSIDE MEDIA" every month that you earn 10 dollars or more. It may seem too good to be true,
but I assure you it IS true. Also, with their referral program, you can refer people by sending them your link (you get when you sign up) and for every buck they earn, you get 20 cents also! (Think how much money you can make if you have 100 people making five bucks a day)
You do not have to enter your credit card or social security number. Nothing Harmful can come from CC. YOU DO NOT HAVE TO BE 18 OR OLDER, I AM 15 YEARS OLD AND REFERRING PEOPLE, AND I MAKE THIS MUCH MONEY A MONTH
JUST SPENDING A COUPLE MINUTES A DAY ON THE COMPUTER! THANK YOU VERY MUCH FOR READING THIS.
Think it's a scam? Read this(from the website) "We assure you that this is not a scam! Companies need consumers to try and review products, services, and websites and are willing to pay money to have them do so.
Most of the time you're asked to do this without any compensation, what we do is take the money companies give us for YOUR participation, and give you back up to 75% of it!"
There are alot of websites like this, I have tried almost all of them and this really is the best, and legit one.In addition there is a new UK section opened with more then $200 worth of free offers!

BAN HIM!! BAN HIM!!

   Re: lol(unregistered) - 2007-11-03
» Crap this idiots are annoying!!

Hopefully there is a ban system. Or else this whole new comment system will go down the drain.

   Re: iamback(unregistered) - 2007-11-03
 » finally!

Cr@p, that spammer guy is back. Fine, two people can play at that game:

For free cash for filling out surveys, try this site:
http://www.swatcash.com/15421
or
http://www.c@shcrate.com/259295

If you need a PSP downgrade, go to http://stores.ebay.com/psp-unbricker and tell them youarepwned sent you.

Anyhow, with that spam out of the way, it's great to see that some real news is back (reminds of a post by Binary, I think, saying that we're tired of the news being dominated by publicity for Manhunt 2).

Now, let's just wait for another update by NJ for his emulators, and maybe a version of Jnes (or is it NesterJ?!) that works flawlessly on slim (some games cause a nice crash to occur even when using eloader.

woot!

   Re: iamback(unregistered) - 2007-11-03
 » ban

also, to qj: don't ban me (again). See, my spam is oftentimes relevant to the article, and I always write something relevant alongside my occasional referral spam. Unlike this other guy who copies and pastes his links (which are outdated... he copy and pasted an old article from August, as you can tell). Also, unlike him, I don't spam the whole screen with garbage. Mine are limited to 2-3 lines. Anyhow, I know how to do MAC Address spoofing, and it's too easy to change IPs, so please don't bother banning me (again).

Besides, this specific spam I wrote was to hopefully make that guy lose some refs :D

Also, QJ, just put a filter on the phrase xrl.us
or ccrate. Just like you have a filter on the word c a s h c r a t e. See: *****.

Alright good job strmnnrmn!!! And like JaXeRiR said i hope super mario 64 runs smoother(although it runs playable now but it would be nice). But hey as long as it has a lot of good fixes ill be happy without a 100% perfect mario 64 :)

 » I propose a new rule...

I propose a new rule: No more stories about Daedalus unless there is an actual release. There are a ton of these "no news" releases about Daedalus's development. Why? Would there not be a story here tomorrow when there's an actual release?!?

I suppose if it's not released tomorrow, We'll have another "news" story on Monday: "Daedalus misses release date!"

It's just more crap for people looking for real news to wade through.

   Re: JaXeRiR - 2007-11-03
 » .

Hey, people are just interested on how's it going. I myself always get happy when we hear something from strmnnrmn like "Daedalus R13: Savestates working finally" or something like that. Progress reports, you know.

I too am sick of these news updates saying "OMG IT'S ALMOST HERE"...

I had to register just to give you your props.

   Re: Advertising -

   Re: Drewford17 - 2007-11-03
 » OMG

People just don't understand this. This is called pspUPDATES! it has UPDATES on it, as you should expect. The main thing i want to get across is IF STRMNNRMN DOESN'T GIVE UPDATES, IT WILL NOT MAKE THE RELEASE COME FASTER!!! they are for people, like me, who enjoy seeing what progress he's made.

   Re: TheLastGuitarHero - 2007-11-03
 » ...

BillyLee8, you registered just so you can say that? Haha, what a douche bag.

   Re: iamback(unregistered) - 2007-11-03
 » lol

lol at guitarhero's comment :D

Also, I must agree with JaXeRiR and MikeyKike01, and Brewford17... You don't have to read the article if you don't want, and besides, some of us do like to read about it, and furthermore, that's what the site is about.

Besides, the least you can do is put up with a couple of update reports, considering how pspupdates is kind enough to archive news into one central place for you. Each article they write generates money for them via ad impressions, so I think it's perfectly ok for them to make articles to gain more money, since we're not paying them a thing. pwned.

also,

www.3vil.justgotowned.com

yours truly.

   Re: WarLord - 2007-11-04
 » Development is news

QJ also talks about games that haven't been released yet. Should we ask them to stop writing about those as well? You don't have to read the articles if you don't want to, they're not horse feeding information down your throat. You or I don't speak for everyone, so let's just agree to keep the complaints subtle and reasonable.

Re: Gino D. (QJ. NET Staff) - 2007-11-04
 » @ 3vi1

we appreciate the concern, 3vi1. but think of it this way. if we were to stop posting updates on psp-related news (whether about games or homebrew in general), it'd defeat the whole puprose of calling this blog "PSP Updates". ;-) anyways, daedalus is already out ATM...

 » Count the stories.

JaXeRiR:

Hey, progress reports are cool. I myself used to wonder why people got upset at the Daedalus reports...

But, check out http://pspupdates.qj.net/tags/daedalus/601

Do we really need over a dozen Daedalus stories since the last release?: Most of them containing barely any @%@#ing real information? Someone just likes submitting stories about this emulator and/or sucking up to the author, for all I can figure.

When there's a real release, all of these stories could be condensed into a half dozen changelog entries - like any other project.

» It bet 2 STAR OCEAN SLIM PSPs with 3.72 M33 and a 1.50 kernal that it dont come out tomorrow

I love to play n64 games but on the daedalus 12 I only got like 5 games u could play for more than 15 minutes without switching to marvel vs capcom or something.

1. Super Mario
2. Smash bros
3. Mariokart
4. Starfox
well i know four but someone please tell me if there are other enjoyable playable rom$ for daedalus. Man i been waiting on this for ever since columbus day Strmn Nrmn said that was suppose to be the official release since it didnt come out on its expected due date Sept 29th I used to go on QJ.net every morning and lunch time just to see if I could relive my great times with zelda 64 with sound and without big glitches poppin off on my psp only to be let down day after day. Fooled by multiple postings about false release dates I bet it dont come out by tomorrow and he got extra a extra hour because of daylight savings time

I accept your bet, and wager 3 star chips. Oh wait, this isn't Yugioh...

Anyhow, I have a weird feeling in my khram that it will be coming out tomorrow (i.e. November 4).

My khram was right. It came out, and in addition, I won your 2 star ocean slim PSPs. Now pay up! Shipping info is available on the release article.

How unlucky I am to hopefully have Daedalus R13 the day I go to the hospital...
There had better be a release today, that way when I get out from surgery, I can enjoy Nintendo 64 on my psp. :)
Keep the updates coming QJ staff, I appreciate your work, unlike some of the peeps that posted comments on here.
But I bet they don't like the updates because they're n00bs that just invaded this great network.
