David Jaffe, Incognito head to establish new studio

It has been reported that God of War creator David Jaffe will be collaborating with the head of Incognito Entertainment, Scott Campbell, to form a new studio, independent of Sony Computer Entertainment America (SCEA). No other details regarding the studio's task or name have been revealed as of press time.

The studio, recently hinted with a two-picture post heralding Jaffe's return from a long blogging hiatus, was later confirmed by the man behind Calling All Cars in a later blog post requesting the return of secretive game development.

SCEA gave no additional details regarding this new development, remaining adamant that changes to Jaffe's relationship with Sony has not been announced. Later on, Jaffe made his stand amidst the buzz revolving around the new studio, stating that he is not leaving Sony.

Nevertheless, Jaffe has confirmed that the establishment of the Utah-based studio will push through together with Campbell, and some have speculated that the shift will not deter Incognito's current momentum, thanks to it's highly awaited Warhawk.

Seriously, I haven't heard such brilliant comebacks since I was in 4th grade. Oh well, hopefully before you graduate school you'll learn that you can't use 'stupid' and 'idiot' next to eachother, since they both mean the same thing.

I don't know if this is good news or now. I mean, it could be good news because better games could be developped, but if they also start to develop for the XBOX 360, that'll be gay. I just hope they stick with the PlayStation 3.

i hope this is the start of truly original gaming for ps3 only , i watch him defend ps3 on 1up,so i hope i know where his heart is ,i think this war is like when snes first came out agaist sega genesis ,LONG LIVE SONY ,LONG LIVE CELL AND LONNNGGGGGG LIVE PS3 BECAUSE IF LAIR ENGINE IS ANY EARLY INDICATION OF THE FUTURE WE ARE SURLY GOING TO WIN , and also you xbox lovers know that in the end sony is the only one that truly maxes out there tech,so stop HATEN!!!!!!!!
