AND WHY IT HAS COME TO THIS PAGE NOW, AND NOT LIKE 2 WEEKS AGO!?!?!?
Thank you for this it work Great keep up the good work
it's not about doing things for people, its about being cool and sharing.
and racism
when you make compatibility with .dax???
Why would I share with this site? It SUCKS! This was already out elsewhere so that just makes me better than you for finding it.
another tiny update who cares.Wheres the 2.8 emulation eh?

Honestly, what the hell is this accomplishing? Wow, I can now get back to 1.50 by pressing a few keys, because holding a switch up for 4 seconds is just soooo damn difficicult. This is a waste of time.
wish the QJ team did alittle more research on devhook it comes with a program that lets u got back to 1.5 with out restarting its called "escape devhook form FW2.xx" i mean its no secert it comes with the devhook program.....

For those of you who can't resist bashing Logicbomb.de, I have some news to share with all of you. If any of you found this wonderfully useful little tidbit as you claim, why did you not share it with the rest of us? The day will truely be sad when we are all too selfish to share what we know about the PSP with others. So you found it two weeks ago. Whop de doo. You didn't post it here or let the mods know, so you should be hanging your heads in shame for the feeling of 'look, I have something you don't have.' This is how many other consoles had their mod scene evaporate. Everyone was too covegous to share their finds with anyone else.
Logicbomb.de, you truely do have a point. You have contributed more to this community by sharing this than any of the above mentioned people should ever dream of doing. With that in mind, please accept my thanks.
Cheers,
Jake Marvolo Hoshgothen
"@ dragoon, your whole family is a waste of time.
you'll come back here crying like a little turd when your powerswitch breaks. not everyone want to powerdown their psp every time they exit devhook. this is obviously too "Technical" for a imbecile like you to understand so its clear why you think this is a wast of time."

You are SO right! My family is a waste of time, they should all die.
You can make fun of my family, I could honestly care less, But saying it's too "Technical" for me is just incorrect.. I've been programming with various languages for years and believe me, this has nothing to do with the "Technical" aspect. Grow up.

Yeah, nice one.. That was actually an accident, but feel free to make fun of me.. It's sad enough you don't have anything productive to do, though.
@logicbomb
It's great that you are contributing to the community, I just have no use for this..
"so sorry your threads don't make the front page or get more than 5,000 page views in less than a week."
Stop acting like you are better than everyone else. No one CARES if a thread they started gets 'more than 5,000 page views in less than a week'!
And for the record, I never went to the forum thread about any of this.

I wonder when QJ will notice and stop this a55wipe from impersonating me... its been going on for like 5 months now, I think its some moderator.
Although I can't help but feel flattered that my opinions are profound enough for someone to take time out of their day to try to discredit me by means of impersonation....
Just do a word search, for LLL. those are the first 3 letters of the bogus screenname that thinks its me

THIS IS OLD NEWS TO ME I HAD THE PSP-HACKS INSTALLER FOR 0.46 AND IT WAS THERE I WAS SHOCK AND I WAS ALSO WONDER CAN IT BE A 2.71 EXPLOIT BUT ITS A EMU SO I GUESS NOT
Yeah.. i just went to www.psp-hacks.com and used their installer. this is pretty old news
Well holding power button sucks... so I'm not doing that to get back to 1.5, so ill stick to mods like this... eboot sucks, the gameboot movie takes forever to stop... and #17 why WOULD'NT you wanna exit devhook? It rocks with emulating firmware.. but I't can't play homebrew...
I appreciate you deleting that doppelgangers commentary
is it safe to charge during xmb?
i'm currently using .43
is it safe for any other version higher up or even for the .43?
How do i download this! click on the link and there is no download button, only returns you to this site!
can i use this on my 2.71 psp? what will it do?
DevHook .44 GUI uses the Home+Start buttons to exit outta 2.70 and bak to 1.50.
so ucant use it for 2.71? so its a downgrader? but not for 2.71 so on 2.70 u can downgrade to 1.5?
my devhook doesnt work. when i try to emulate 2.71 it gives me the corrupt setting push o to reset them but it doesnt work. then i tried emulating 2.6 and it worked fine i already had it installed for gta cheat device. then i reinstalled the 2.71 firmware files but it still doesnt work. i was wondering if i will have to reinstall the whole this or just part of it?
This looks like a nice little feature but as all the other people were saying it's not really necessary. Does anyone know if Devhook properly functions on the Psp-1000 models? I'm still reluctant to get a new one but if it doesn't work on it I think I have to. (I bought mine at release in Hong Kong)
The PSP did crash when I tried it for the third time, so its more stable to use the "2.71 Exit" eBoot from the 2.71 XMB" or just do the L+R+up when quiting a game...
ever since i got devhook it would not let me set some website/file to load once i start the browser it always says cannot read or something so i tryed doing a fresh devhook on a friends memory stick still didnt work tryed on the 32meg that came with my psp and also no luck so i tryed removing the memory stick while devhook was loaded then placing it back in woolah loaded a flash file then when i tryed to load another file on the stick boom didnt work again so once again i removed the put the mem stick back on tryed again, worked then would not let me go back due to error i mentioned earlier tryed the remove replace method again and it worked does anyone know why???? i do remember a while back with the older devhook it worked...
