This is definitely interesting. Did you know that Dissidia: Final Fantasy was originally intended to be developed for the PlayStation 2 and not the PSP? Why the change in platforms? According to Gamekyo, Tetsuya Nomura has revealed that the PSP simply offered more options in order for them to integrate more into the game. For example, if it weren't done on the PSP, the trading system or the duels via wi-fi wouldn't have been possible in-game. Another interesting trivia: Dissidia was originally supposed to be named as "Shade Theory: Fina Fantasy." Related Articles: |

who cares about what you want. its square's decision. they have also already thought of that probability. and guess what? they still wanted it for the PSP.

Who cares what they want?!?! Are you f*cking kidding me?!?! We are the consumers here. If it weren't for us SquareEnix wouldn't even exist. It's ALL about what WE want!!! Or at least it should be.

I think you also should note that Dissida was originally a Kingdom Hearts fighting game. But having Aladdin vs Hercules would've been a problem.
Nomura explains this in the lastest Ultimania for Kingdom Hearts 358/2 Days:

"But having Aladdin vs Hercules would've been a problem."
And pitting Liu kang against Superman is just as logical...
