Yesterday, we brought you screenshots and Gamespot's video interview with Disgaea Portable dev Sohei Niikawa of Nippon Ichi Software. Now we've got two gameplay movies of the much-awaited RPG for the PSP.

In the videos, we see a couple of explosive - literally - combos with the Disgaea Portable heroes: Laharl, Etna, and her merry band of pengui... err - Prinnies. We see single attacks, though the fun of it's really on setting up two or three attacks all at once. Controls (if you can read Hiragana) look easy enough and animations look nice.

Disgaea Portable is set for release this fall. We'll keep you posted on this one. Meanwhile, enjoy the videos!
