Gino D. may have been a happy camper when the Onion Knight versus Cloud of Darkness gameplay vid was released for Dissidia: Final Fantasy, but personally I'm a fan of the more recent games in the FF franchise. Which is why I'm the happy camper today!
A new gameplay vid has been released, this time with Final Fantasy X's Tidus versus Jecht! (Someone's got issues to work out.) Watch them as they duke it out on the last boss stage inside Sin. They even used the soundtrack from the fight. You also get to see Tidus the Jecht Shot Overdrive, but let's not spoil any more for you. Here you go, enjoy:

» Hey did you know...
that if you have Auron use zombie attack and then Rikku use life (or a phoenix down), you can beat the final boss of FF10 in one hit? I don't really know why I tried that, I didn't think it would work. But it died! I was kind of appalled and excited at the same time, all like "wtf holy ***** hahahahaha"... y'know? Good times..I think I still remember a few tears bursting watching and listening to the end of the game.
Anyways, what the hell is squeenix thinking not releasing this game!? They're gonna delay this one a lot I hope, and make it multi-disc for once so they can add what ever the hell they want and have no room for complaint over lacking, performance, memory, blah blah blah.

» looks epic.
I don't really play RPGs much (or at all), but FFX was so good that I beat it and bought it's sequel. So I might get this. They even use the same music from the respective games. That's just awesome.

» Looks cool but...
It looks like the Overdrive/Limit/Trance whatever abilities are wicked overpowered...assuming their HP is determined by the Blue Bar.
