Developer MrPeanut delivers the latest build of Duke Nukem 3D, bumping up the latest version to build 98. Players who've played through the previous builds of the Duke Nukem 3D homebrew port for the PSP won't have to go through lifeless sounding levels anymore.

This version finally adds music support to the game, as well as the implementation of a custom eboot icon, background and atrac3 sound. The latter update was provided by NyghtcrawleR, replacing the rather out of place Doom PSP icon that was previously used.

While it was possible to play midi soundtracks using additional patching methods, build 98 can mow play these files right out. Although, the developer mentions that you still need to install the actual gravis ultrasound sound patches. The good news is that they're all free and available for download off several multimedia library sites.

On a final note, please make sure you have the original shareware version or retail copy of the DUKE3D.GRP data file for this game to work. Just make sure to drop it into the same directory as the Duke3D folder and everything should run fine.
