IM FIRST !! HAHAHAHAHAHH !!! ! ! ! ! FIRSTTTT
TA-082 are al over the place and keeps been ignore while the old PSP minority keeps getting all th egoodies. If developers keep making stuff for old hardware while ignoring the rest of us TA-082 the PSP community will soon come to an end since the mayority of people own TA-082 PSP's. I'm sure that making stuff for old PSP model will end when developers see that there is only a handful left to impress.
TA-082 > Old PSP (because they are small group compare to us)
This news isn't moving the community foward, cracking the more popular TA-082 model is.
Waiter check please!! Bring eruditejok3r his reality check please!
Note: Developers are often doing their programming work for THEMSELVES, people like us are lucky they're nice enough to SHARE their work. And currently, most developers have non-TA-082 boards.
Maybe you should find someone who doesn't care about homebrew to trade your PSP with, otherwise shut up and get back in your seat. Nobody cares what you have to say.
TA-082 is rather hard to Crack... Blame Sony not the Developers
Yes, you're the first ***** with a WIENER the size of a pea... well done
*****s like you who only complain about your TA-082's need to chill out. First: the developers don't owe you ANYTHING, they do their contributions to the homebrew scene out of their own generosity. Second: who siad people aren't trying to crack the other motherboard? What do you want, the entire scene to stop and drop what they are doing, just to serve your needs? The work is being done, but that doesn't mean that the rest of the scene should become stagnant, especially because, in the long run, these improvements may become in use for the TA-082 boards, once they are cracked... I've read several articles where all you do is complain, and predict the end of the homebrew scene, just shut up, and go away, if thats all you have to say.
erudite joker
learn to CODE and get you head out the crapper
there are only a small number of t82 sony now have t89 or what ever it is now
You mean i could always be first?
Hey, why dont you go try out that ta-082 downgrader?
Why would you blame Sony? They WANT hombrew to stop. It's *****ing suprising how stupid you *****s are.
guys i wonder if i can use x-flash on 3.0oe-a....
hmmmm, I don't know, I think soon we would see a X flsh, who supports, 1.50, 2.71 sec and 3.02 Oe
Probably not... X-Flash reads the index.dat to view the firmware for safety reasons. For example, it will kick you out if you aren't using 1.50 or 2.71SE-X.
topic^^^
stop being a ***** and try to use your brain
just sell your TA082 and with the money you will find cheap life to buy at k-mart :D
stop being a LOSER. go get a non TA-082 urself... Haanz is rite.. developers develop for themselves.. nt YOU.. y nt u stop bein retarded and go develop for TA-082 urself? retarded freak
ill wait for x-flash, thanks anyway
ditto
So much action in the past 24 hours! In less than a day we got a new firmware type, a guide, easy installer (www.psp-haxors.com), a customizer, and the day isn't over yet.
Installed it, used it, Now my PSP hangs on XMB USE AT OWN RISK !!!!!! Does this come with a recovery mode, or a way to reboot the PSP with out the Mods initialised.
How come flashing backgrounds is currently disabled. Can you enable it at this moment.
ive been looking into this aswell, Im not too sure if we can change backgrounds at the mo, because in previous firmwares the themes were individual bmps but in 3.02 all the themes are in one .bmp.
If i am using 1.5 kernal settings from the recovery,, how should I put the customizer folders into my memory stick ?
Also if i want to chane the fonts , I ONLY have to put Itn0.pgf ,, or ALL the 16 pgf files ?
Thank You :)
why do so many won't to be dev's copy other's dev's work this is just a bab copy of X-flash I'll think I will wait for the real x-flash thanks
Too bad it's not, dumbass. Try reading into the second line a Readme next time.

It doesn't take a genius from the screenshot to tell the only thing it has in common with x-flash is that it flashes.
What exactly is this? I mean is it kind of like the new version of SE-x? Only for 3.02 instead of 2.71?
this is simply a customizer for the new custom fw 3.02 oe-a. NOT 2.71 se-anything.
the actual release of 3.02 oe-a is on the front page, it has like 1020 jumps lol - can't miss it.
yes, this is like the the new se-x.
This is crap I installed it saw its lame effects and now I cant unistall it
That's what you get for randomly installing stuff.
I wasnt randomly installing, pspset doesnt work with oe so I installed this instead :/
WHat size can you flash images to with this?
til its been a little bit more reviewed. like a recovery menu and a plugins screen and possible an x flash. not saying this aint cooljust hoping that 1 its gets better and 2 d_a doesnt stop on se_x For 2.71. plus no matter where i look i cant find 3.02 pbp so i guess im in luck i didnt find it. good job d-a a step in the right direction is still a step more than where we are at.
You can get it from the PSP section at Sony.com
HOW DO I INSTALL IT
so how exactly do I get a dump of 2.50 and all that stuff to edit the menu titles? the readme was alittle to breif
If u want to play Psx games, if u use this u will get a error and u wont going to play psx games.
Wrong.
Nice try.
he is RIGHT!!!!! i spent two days trying to figure out why my ps1 games didnt work. i figured it out on my own cause i did this before anyone posted any comments.
No custom backgrounds? Oh well, it will probably be in the nest release of this... great app btw! I will use it until a 3.02 OE compatible XFlash lol ;).
Sorry to post again but can anyone give me a link to the topmenu_plugin.rco for FW 2.50? I really don't want to figure out how to dump the entire 2.50 FW, especially when I only need the topmenu part, which I could probably download pretty easily...
I sort of have to agree with this guy, the majority of PSP,s now on release do have the TA-082 with 2.81 firmware, particulary the Pink PSP,s.
I bought one for the wife this Christmas, knowing it would be at least 2.80, but then finding out its 2.81 TA-082.
Sony is releasing these mobo,s as it is hard to find away round them.
Am replacing the mobo in the womans Pink PSP.
AS it maybe awhile before somthing comes out.
She wanted my non-TA-082.... not a feckin chance! :P
I'm pretty sure you can't replace TA-082 motherboards, or you'll brick the PSP but I'm not 100%... Yeah it's true that there are a lot of TA-082 users, but right now, a "1.50 bootstrap" is needed to have custom firmware work, and TA-082's don't have the 1.50 bootstrap. DAX said in an interview that he wants to make custom FW not need a 1.50 bootstrap, so he's probably trying his best to figure out how to make a TA-082 compatible FW, just give him some time ;)
What settings do you need because it wont work for me!
But the features list is wrong
Change your background images: Simply put the files(01.bmp, 02.bmp, ...) into the root of your Memory Stick and start the Customizer. Choose the background you want to flash, press X, wait a short time and tadaaa
BUT IS DISABLED.
Is what it should say!
it works perfectly, no problems here :)
how do you edit the 2.5 topmenu_plugin.rco?
Can anyone confirm if this works with OE-B or not..?
