They may not be popular in the west, but visual novel-based games in Japan are embraced and devoured by passionate otaku in need of their moe fix. Fate/Tiger Colosseum Upper, an upcoming 3D fighter from Capcom and Type Moon for the Sony PlayStation Portable, probably doesn't ring a bell for most of you guys yet we were compelled to lead series fans to its adorable trailer.

Following Fate/Tiger Colosseum, this sequel features the same super-deformed characters hacking away on a 3D plane and looking cute while at it. Scheduled for release later this year, it stays true to Fate/Stay Night creator Type Moon's work with characters including those from the visual novel prequel Fate/Zero such as Irisviel von Einzbern and series staples Shiro Emiya, Saber, Rin Tosaka, and Archer.
