sounds good :)
Going to check it out and tell you if it works.
i checked for update on a whim...i think 2.7 US just came out
Good job now all we need is a AAC player!
It did a while ago - http://pspupdates.qj.net/Sony-PSP-Firmware-2-70-Released-for-U-S-and-Japan-/pg/49/aid/28686
I can confirm that it WORKS on 2.0 with eLoader 0.9.7 (with eMenu).
Confirmed on 2.6 with eloader .97
crashed for emenu for me
Thanks for the confirmation guys.
@8 what firmware version are you on?
I tested it on a 2.6 with eMenu and it worked fine for me!!!

Anyone test Flash yet?
how do u load homebrew with it?
i loaded a flash video on my 2.6 and it didnt have sound
It also allows you to play MP3's, play SWF's (Flash files), view .txt's, run UMD's, HOMEBREW applications, play AVI video files and much much more.
i dont know how to load homebrew with it. help anyone?
Thanks for the update :) Is there anything else new other than 2.xx compatability over the last version ?
With the built in .swf player I don't have to worry about upgrading to FM 2.70.

Excellent !!
Tt works on 2.5, but it crash when i try to go in the credit menu, and i've to reboot the PSP to quit.
"i dont know how to load homebrew with it. help anyone?"
Try navigating to the EBOOT.pbp of the game you wish to load, and press X.
can anyone get swf files to work perfectly?
ya i tried that but it brings up file options and the options are delete and rename
Sorry, it appears that it can't run homebrew. It was taken out in order for it to load on 2.0+ - Sorry for the mistake!
thats alright, thats why we have eloader
The flash player sucks ass.
It loads halfway, then my PSP shuts down automatically
Credits screen does cause a lockup, but other than that seems to work fine. Nice prog.
Couldn't get it to play an avi file but it looks very good anyway!
I'm the first to admit that the Flash player isn't the best, loading times are long, compatibility is also somewhat questionable, but at least you get to play your homebrew still and enjoy some SWF files! :D
Check out http://www.easy-monkey.co.uk/SWF/ for a couple of example files that are tested and working, harecut.swf being the most compatible.
Enjoy the update...
Cheers,
