But still appreciated. PSPU should consider reviewing PSP games. This was a pretty good read.
I've turned off the PSP while in game and started it back up without any issues. Havent tried turning off from pause menu yet but I will try. Overall, being a big fan of the whole Splinter Cell series I'm quite happy with Essentials, the control scheme is not as fluid as Syphon Filter, but since the game allows for my level interactvity than Syphon Filter it is easily excused. Just need a little more time to get used to the changed controls.
i love all the splinter cell series
review sucks
Indeed, I thought I'd experienced such a thing this afternoon when bringing my PSP back from sleep mode from the pause menu. In actuality, my battery had just run out of juice in my pocket.
Very pleased with the game so far. Controls are pretty easy to get used to, and all of Sam's moves are intact. I was really pleased, too, that Sam and Shetland both had their original voices. I didn't expect that, or any voices at all!
How is he gonna say
"Overall, this title stays true to its Splinter Cell roots and does an admirable job of delivering a console experience to a handheld platform."
But at the beginning of the segment he said wasn't familiar with Splinter Cell.
Does this need firmware 2.60 to run?
most likely syphon filter is good 2
It took forever at Gamestop but after an hour of calls I got it and it's fun but complicated.....

Reply: Glad not everyone feels your pain (see post one).

Reply: I said I wasn't a fan of the series to the extent that I'm not one to follow every detail of Sam's "life" (AKA back story) not that I have been living under a rock!
long load times are going to drive me nuts ... and i love the series
"Since loading times have decreased steadily since the release of Midnight Club 3 (the game with the longest loading times of all)"
Last thing I remember, Smackdown vs. Raw 2006 could have loading times up to 7 minutes.

So, can i play this on 1.5?
sorry
to 11:32 midnight club has way worse loadin times then smackdopwn!
i lik splinter cell more th*n ac!d
I love splinter cell i have all 4 of them now with the release of the essentials but I have come across a more dificult problem. It is that it not only shuts down by its self during saving a game but it also does it when I try and load a game up, so even if I get to the last level I cant freaking load my game and it is really frustrating . I smell a recall
I smell no recall at all its a good game
is there any known way to run this on a 1.5?
HELP!!!
