In late 2006 or early 2007, the defendants herein wrongfully embarked upon a high-profile campaign, arrangement, joint venture and conspiracy to exploit, profit from and utilize plaintiff's copyrights, the Johnny Blaze character and persona, the origin story and the related characters and personas created by plaintiff, in various endeavors, including, but not limited to, the use of the same in movie theater presentations and promotions, commercials, action-figure toys, video games, clothing and novels. |

How does it feel you evil corporate empires!?
"how much amount" wtf??
I don't usually complain about stuff like that, but come on. That's pretty bad.
Thanks for pointing out that typo error. Thanks! :-)
Downloaded the game. Played it. It sucked. So I deleted it. I should get my money back for this sh*t game. Oh wait...
u downloaded it so why the hell do they have to give ur money back when u didnt bought it but i gotta agree this game is sh*t
he was been sarcastic, duh!
Sucked balls!
Isn't everything done for Marvel comics done as work for hire? IE, any work you do for them they soley own - I'm sure this is the case for anything at Marvel before the 90's.
Definitely used to be the case. That's the whole reason image comics was formed by a few disgruntled Marvel employees.
Don't know if that still holds true.
According to Friedrich, Marvel wasn't able to properly utilize and capitalize on the Ghost Rider character, ((((not to mention the fact that the copyrights used in the film and in related products were reverted to him from Marvel in 2001))))). He added that Marvel failed to secure enough royalties, and companies Take-Two Interactive and Hasbro Inc. improperly created merchandise based on his creation.
like all comic based movies and games based on movies
they sucked arse
i am yet to see one comic book movie i like
sin city was a good comic book > movie
what an *****!
Wow, this guy wants to get payed, baby! Lesson learned... Never create a successful franchise while the creator's still alive. He'll want some of that money!
serves them right marvel comics and all the eps were good but sony ripped them off they must pay!!!!!
I cant feel bad for the guy. How long did we know they were going to make a ghost rider movie? It wasnt like a weekend deal and they started fliming on monday. On top of how long it got delayed.
This guy had plenty of time to sue. But now that the movie has made 200 million+(not counting merch, games and soon to be dvd sales) he just now decides to cry and sue? I call Bull*****. I'm sure he wouldnt have done a damn thing, if the movie was a massive flop.
All he wants is one thing:
MONEY
Get off the payroll pig
lol, does that mean another dev is leaving the psp for the ds?s ega is already making ninja gaiden and a new sonic for the ds.
Did you even read the article? It doesn't really have anything to do with games at all, bar licensing. Grow a brain, moran.
LOL. Gold.
The only thing Marvel violated was my love for this comic character. The movie sucked!
Marvel gave him back the rigths why did he let them & Sony make a movie then. He just wants the money, and there's nothing wrong w/it, but come on. He knew the movie would suck, period. Nick Cage.
well , I think he made the smart move . he waited till the film came out , the games were made , the ghost rider whopper meals were being fired ( maybe ) and then he sued. great timing and well done.
