Guilty Gear Judgment

Guilty is what the Japanese should feel because they are getting the lion's share of the tons of Guilty Gear Judgment features. First, Judgement mode includes two player co-op over ad hoc as well as Survival mode. Second, unlike what appears to only be #Reload in the US version, the Japanese version has a 100% port of Slash included with ad hoc play and all modes and galleries from the PS2 version.

Even if you're not familiar with the Japanese language, the site provides a lot of media for you to look at. There's what seems like an introduction to the game's storyline, followed by profiles of the characters. There are also quite a number of gameplay videos on streaming for you to feast your eyes on. Downloadable contents like wallpapers for your computer and PSP inspired by the game is also available.

Guilty Gear Judgment will be available in Japan on August 24, 2006.

 » Everything considered,

I would think if they changed something for the Japanese version (IE full Slash features) then they'd port it to the US version as well. At least, that was what i heard. ^^; I'm doubtful these features will be Japan only.

Slash doesn't have a story mode included in it, in fact, there is a fairly insigificant amount of english in the GG Slash Japanese release. This makes it at least somewhat likely that the first American taste of GG Slash will be in GG Judgement. If GGJ comes out in the states with just #Reload I certainly wont buy it, what good would it do me to practice with a different game than the one I play in the arcade?

This game is based on GGXX # Reload, not Slash. There is no A.B.A and Order Sol in the game.

 » WTF

I thought Judgement was already released in japan. Like...a long time ago. Is this supposed to be an extra release that has a bunch of extra content than the original or an entirely different game? And either way this would burn me so bad if they didnt include all of the same features in the english version,cus I've waited for slash for a long time and dont uinderstand why it isnt out in english yet. Course if it didnt have a story mode than i wouldnt be too excited but I cant remember if reload had a story mode or not,course its still stupid as hell that reload only came out for X-Box and not ps2 in english. == ;

 » To #6 :

According to the site, no. The game is not Slash. YET. However there's still time to port the american version with Slash on it. If Sammy's going to code slash for the japanese version anyway, it'd be pretty idiotic to just give us #R when everything's done and ready to go.

Gamestop has GG Judgement as coming out Sept 4th or so in the states. If it's been delayed (for Slash) , this may be inaccurate info. In either case it's just as possible we'll end up getting Slash as it is we won't. We just need to wait and see what the domestic release brings us.

If the Japanese version of GGJ has Slash, then why aren't ABA and Order Sol in the site's character section?

 » Best fighting game EVER

I was a huge street fighter fan till I came across GG, by the way, I think this game will be good on PSP since its a side-scroller, but in VS mode, I dont see how in hell you could play this without a joystick.
