I've seen some mods for PSP Quake before, but this one looks
particularly impressive. This mod is called Halo Portable, and unless
you haven't guessed yet, is based on the Xbox 360's Halo series.
It's still a WIP, but the team behind the mod already has a couple of
character models and maps.
The character models below showing off an Elite and a USNC Marine were made by a new addition to the Halo Portable team, Nige111. After that comes two maps, Cliff, and Spider's Web. Lastly there's the weapon models, the Shotgun and the Sniper Rifle. Hopefully we'll hear of more progress from the team soon. Cliff Spider's Web The Shotgun and the Sniper Rifle ![]()

» Glad to see this is being worked on
I've seen a few of these before, but none of them were very good, and all of them had poor graphics. All of those are very old. I can't wait to see how accurate this is going to be to the actual halo, especially the HUD.

in all honestly, the maps and sniper rifile need work
yous need to get a independent level DESIGNER even, then get someone to model it
however the rest look very impressive, ill definately download this, but
PLEASE EDIT QUAKES TARGETING SYSTEM TO BEABLE TO LOOK UP AND DOWN AND LOCK ON TO Targets
id recommend after this, you should go of and start a more innovative project
make your own 3rd person shooter or 1st
similar to cod4, the characters are very good, which is why im suggesting this
have claymore, more added features have it a wire not a laser etc
make your own maps, have it online only
and really make a solid game for the psp
i dont see why no-one has done this.
