I applied 3 days ago. Still no response. It said 48 hours, but it's been 3 days.

kenny: then you weren't accepted? that's what common sense would say

It said I would recieve a reply letting me know where my application is at that moment. A simple 'No, you weren't accepted because you suck' would be nice. Common sense says that.

I was like one of the first ones to apply but I guess I didn't get accepted either :(.

Well I did apply around 3 days now.. I've applied before (when it was announced on the GP2x blog) but no response either.

I suppose it'll just take some time.

As for Mark , well I suppose that in THIS particular case here it ain't .. "First come, first served."

And yes they said they would tell you the status of your application about 48 hours after your application form was sent.

But as we know , QJ.net has a quite big ammount of blogs to maintain , and they're obviously busy with the , and I quote , "Future blogs that are in development."

So heh.. No rush here , just anxious that's all :)

Yea I was wondering the same thing. I applied 4 days ago and still haven't gotten a response so I emailed them about it and asked them if you don't get an email back does that mean you're not accepted but they didn't reply. Also, why would they say they'd reply in 48 hrs. if that's not true I've been waiting over 4 days now and still not even a simple email saying, "No, you suck and you should go somewhere else" I'd at least like to know if they accepted it or not.

I also applied at the beginning, still no reply. Someone mind explaining to us why?

Be patient guys...

7 Blogs are hard to maintain , atleast I think so.

Let's just wait a bit longer , the repost of this in the front page might mean that they've started to look at the applications now due to "Busy-as-hell" reasons ? lol

Anyways , my 2 cents.

Laters.

PSPXavier et al: I too applied at the beginning. I too have not received any e-mails yet. However, I'm patient :) They're just people, folks.

To everyone who hasn't received a response from us:

The apply page is always up so we usually have applications trickle in, and it is during these times that we will reply within 48 hours.

But when we make a post on the blog inviting users to apply, we get flooded with hundreds of them and there is no possible way to review and respond to each one. That message was misleading, I'll have it removed.

Thanks guys!

Thanks, Clay. I just re-read my post and realized it sounded demanding/angry. Sorry about that, guys!

Kenny: No, you weren't accepted because you suck. ;)
