Kotaku reports that Intellisponse is declining to comment on the issue of gatekeeping and the impact of the leaks on the company's clients, with spokesperson Elizabeth McCrocklin saying, "It is our policy that we do not comment on rumor or speculation." After Kotaku pointed out that the leak was a fact and not speculation, however, McCrocklin didn't reply.

Microsoft also replied with the same "we do not comment on rumors and speculation" spiel, unfortunately.

For your information, though, do note that Intellisponse is a market research firm, and some of the information gathered from the leaks may have come as part of a survey designed to gauge consumer reaction towards specific concepts, such as the whole Spider-Man versus zombies business. That being said, you'll have to take the rumors very carefully, as some of them might simply be conceptual rather than actual.
