What do we have here? A working right analog stick for the PSP? Well, if that isn't a treat. canwehackit shared this vid over at YouTube, but not before doing some tweaking with his PSP for the mod, of course.

Basically, he says that what it does is hijack the button functions. But don't worry, the buttons will still work normally, so you can still play your games the "normal" way. For now, it's still in its developmental stages, but the goal is to have it completely molded into the PSP in about a week or less.

Now, guys, keep in mind that this is not an external analog, so there'll be no need for connecting and disconnecting. Rather, the analog is internally built into your handheld. Also, put a halt first to whatever criticisms you may have, as this is but a prototype. So what you'll be seeing in the vid below is not how the final product will look like. Then again, it's pretty clear to see that it does indeed work.

If you guys become interested, and if demands grow enough, he assures that there will be premade parts ready for installation, so you can veer off from more soldering projects.
