So now that we are in this market where there are a glut of relatively low-budget games that are filling up the marketplace, the market may be ready for a more serious, more refined experience...They may be tired of all the "training" games, and looking for something more substantial. Or maybe not. |

That's a picture of a guy?
that's Mr. Itakagi-san
he looks like an idiot xD
but ish him.
well, that comment he made was uncalled for. then again, most of his comments are. who the hell plays Dead or Alive if it aint for all the chicks?
You can't compare the PS3 to the Wii either.
Sony makes products adults as well as kids can use.
Nintendo lately makes toys with crap childrens' games.
I bought a DS when it came out thinking it would be the first good 3d handheld. I even upgraded to a DS lite. The last game I bought was new super mario brothers. It's ok, not great, and has nothing new to offer. When I go to the store and look at DS games I can't even find one I would find tolerable to play.
I really feel like Nintendo turned their backs on us gamers that bought their systems in the 80s and early 90s because they don't have s*it that appeals to me anymore.
Itagaki isn't afraid to say what's on his mind, even though he looks like a chick and is a chronic sexual deviant.
There are two sides to that mister, while Nintendo seemingly never changes its theme of mario, super mario, mario and luigi, mario kart, new super mario brothers, etc, Sony's array of games aren't too impressive either if you have owned a PS2 or maybe Xbox. People can at least appreciate Nintendo putting more new games out onto their handheld, instead of "toning-down" the console experience with the same games, or even similar ones.
They can be pitted against each other - they're competing handheld gaming consoles which are ran by 2 rivals of the games consoles industry - of course they can be compared, they're both gaming consoles, and they're in direct competition.
The fact that the PSP is providing 'toned down' console games and the DS is creating a whole new level of interaction are different APPROACHES their designers took when creating the handheld consoles.
As my short description implies, one isn’t better than the other one. It all depends on the user. They both offer unique styles but in my opinion the PSP is the best gaming handheld TO ME. It gives more options and better visual games. It shows that a handheld has grown up. Does it need improvement? Like everything that is created? YES. In time if people like it and support it, a second version will be created. We live in a free country so play what you want, and enjoy it!
They're in competition, so they can be compared - the pros and cons of each.
I see what you're saying, of course they're different, but they can be compared.
Also, I don't see how the PSP offers more options than the DS?
Wasn't mister Itagaki blamed for sexual harassment some time ago? I read that from the local gaming-magazine...
"Did I say I like the DS? I meant I like money."
