PSP Hooks up with Home - Image 1

Even though Home eventually ditched the virtual PSP as its navigation interface, that doesn't mean the handheld won't be getting any love. It seems PSP games will also have Home Rewards support, just like PS3 titles. The first game announced to support this interconnectivity is the upcoming game, Idol Master SP.

The game will be released in Japan on the 19th. The game will give Home items as they progress. Home itself will get new Idol Master SP items, and the Namco Bandai Carrot Lounge will be updated with Idol Master themes and items usable in Home.

The game likely won't see a release outside the Japan, but here's hoping that PSP Home support will catch on.
