power to the stalking device!
that looks really good
thats really good huh.
When i open it with winrar it says the archive is unkown or the file is damaged...
You know what to do QJ
I ask me: How does it work? I haven't got my hands on a PSP right now but with a GPS feature looking like in the video, it attracts me to buy it. So can anyone answer my question?
the winrar file is corrupted
But, word of advice, this software is distributed under GPL license and provided for education purposes only. It is not fully tested and therefore should be used with caution. Deniska or QJ will not be responsible for any damages and/or legal problems which may arise from using this application & underlying hardware setup.
cant open it with winzip.
how is this a gps device. for a gps device don't u need to have suthing to connect to a global positioning sataliette? can someone explain to me if i just misread this
qj guys get this on the downloads section as yours aint working

Sorry for that problem with the file. Anyway, it's fixed now. =)
The article is a bit misleading. People may think that all you need is this software and you're set. I can't believe this to be true.
Haven't tried it after reading you need a GPS reciever to use its GPS features otherwise its just a map viewer.
So does anyone know if there is a GPS reciever for the psp and where i can get UK maps.
Well i thought when i saw it that it wasn't possible without some kind of receiver and after reading up i'm right
So yes untill someone shows use some kind of hardware its a map viewer
You can see the U.S. but the zoom level is far out and why for the long comment
all you need is a GPS that has NMEA capablities (pretty much all) and there are guides on how to connect it to the psp via that serial port
wow this is a good app... i remember seeing it a long time ago but it was not as good as it is now... will be buying a gps reciver of ebay now... they run at like 30 bucks i think
like everyone's that smart to do it or can find one of those guides you speak of... and no... google don't work that well at all... most time you search for sites it comes up with dumbasses sites that have nothing but useless crap and commertials cuz they want make money by having #1 hit on google... losers make internet full of crap! and most stuff you get from the internet could be fake, and yeah, how many books you know of tells you how to connect a GPS to your PSP?
I kinda see where this is going, one of those things I saw before:" how to use verizon's service without paying using a scanner and a phone and ............." and it states, is for educational purpuses only.
If anyone could make a software that enables the PSP to become a GPS receiver it'd be cool...
Anyways, very nice job on completing this, atleast now we have an option to use psp as gps now.
whole article, what a piece of *****.
you need to actually buy a gps receiver too...and hack it to yer psp don't you? ffs
Once again, a lame attempt for the shadow government to track us-even through means of a portable game device. If you want to be tracked from any sattelite or reciever, be my guest. If you have pirated software on your psp, i strongly suggest NOT using this. Dont turn your psp into a tracker station portable.OH,but its all fun and games right? Our government loves us and would never tell us a lie. They dont tap our phones ever and certainly cant track us through gps. How do you think you get the map feeds??
Can someone email me n tell me how to install dis on 2.7 my email is gtapro151@aol.com thx yall
Sean : you can't, you need a PSP 1.0 or 1.5.
i want to see someone make a map for australia that you can zoom in so you can see ALL the streets other wise this app is useless even though it is clever
where do i get other type of maps from atl, ny, and all those?
You ****en' loser. You ready WAAAYY too many conspiracy theories. Go back to your basement and put your aluminum foil cap on.
the wifi download is a nice touch, never woulda thought of that myself. Great program ordering a gps module tonight for my trip in 2 weeks time.
All you hard work is greatly appreciated man!!!! I have been waiting for a program like this since day one of owning my PSP and this surpasses ANYTHING i could have hoped for!!
works on 2.6?
Thank you #28... I hope it works out for ya..
#22, they can't track you if you use just a gps RECEIVER ;-), but I would defenetly dump a cell phone if I was that paranoid...
#26, read the README file...
#25 - you can make that map your self - just read the README
First of all, this is an awesome piece of software. Very professionally done and super easy! And it's free ;)
Thanks Deniska!!
Anyway, what GPS reciever do you recommend? I am sure you must have used it with a particular type or brand according to your preferences. If it makes a difference I am located in Massachusetts.
Thanks once again! :)
