Today Konami announced Brooktown High: Senior Year for the PSP at E3. Set against the drama and excitement of players’ senior year of high school, Brooktown High: Senior Year is a groundbreaking social interaction and dating simulation that challenges players to create their own characters and find the girl or boy of their dreams.

Brooktown High: Senior Year gives gamers the opportunity to re-capture their high school days by trying to date one of 12 different male or female characters, each with their own distinct personalities. Players can make friends with different types of students such as jocks, nerds, preppies and rebels as they search for the perfect partner to make their senior year truly magical. As players find the special someone they would like to get to know better, they can take their potential love interest on dates to different locations such as the movies, the beach and the mall. The game is also loaded with wild interactive mini-games such as shopping, joke telling, and character customization that are sure to make each player’s senior year at Brooktown High one to remember.

Brooktown High: Senior Year will ship to stores in the Spring semester of 2007. Konami also showed off some screenshots to show off what the game will look like so go ahead and click the thumbnails below to see for yourself.

Err... Interesting school that leaves its students so much freedom in terms of school uniform choice. =^.^;=

Could be a fun game but its atmosfere and mini-games probably won't have the crazyness of its japanese equivalents. :3

» Judging by most QJ commenters...

I'm sure they'd LOVE to redo their high school years.

Honestly, I'd be hard-pressed to believe most QJ commenters have even started high school, much less finished.

Game targeted for middle aged men still in love with high school girls?

why the heck would anyone buy this? It'll probably be rated teen, which means no "fun" ingame. I'm in grade 12, and I have regular "Fun". If they're trying to make a realistic, and interesting game, they're leaving a big part out.

Is there something you want to talk about?

 » Death by Brooktown High

I can see it now.

"What are you playing?"

"Brooktown High, Senior Year. It's awesome."

"Oh my God. You *****got"

*Highschool reminiscent beatdown ensues, complete with a broken PSP.*

Konami opens their audience up to domestic violence with this title haha-
