LEDA - Legacy Software Loader beta 0.2 - Image 1Dark AleX has released a quick update to LEDA, the Legacy Software Loader that will let you run your old 1.0 and 1.5 kernel-based homebrew apps.

Now on beta version 0.2, this release increases compatibility and should run more homebrew than the first release. If you have any fave apps that you can run again thanks to this update, share it with the rest of us so we can try it out.

Thanks to Dudash for the tip!

The first LEDA worked on 5.02 GEN-A and the LEDA Beta 0.2 just crashes the system. It says LEDA.prx ERROR. They need a 5.03 M33 sense GEN is out of the picture.

5.03 M33 would be pointless - the only thing 5.03 added was an update to prevent running the Gripshift exploit, nothing else.

5.02 M33 would be nice, however I doubt Dark_Alex is going to release that since so many people have already adopted 5.02 GEN-A and it would be somewhat redundant.

The first LEDA worked on my psp phat with fw 5.00m33-6, but this one says "writing leda.prx - error" whenever I try to run it. I freshly reinstalled my firmware and it still doesn't want to take... :(
