Our man Chris G is in the heart of the
Sony Press Conference, and we'll be updating this blog post with his up
to the minute accounts of just what's going down over there. The
conference started quite a bit later than it was supposed to (10 minutes late), but rest assured it
won't be long till you get the answers you crave. This post will stay on top to give you quick access to news as it breaks. For other E3 news, please scroll further down. |

yess!!!!!!!!!!! first post!!! woot!!!
Anyway, if the guy who posted this artical is reading this, can you post some of the demo's you can download there on the site?
thanks
hes in the hear of the conference...
Why post that in the DS section? It's not like a Sony press conference would have anything to do with Nintendo, unless they suddenly have a magical agreement to start making mutliplayer games that are PSP and DS compatible.
Please UPLOAD PSP DEMOS !!!!
are you drunk or something? wtf Its a sony conference not nintendo.
**duh im an idiot and i donts no how too reed stuffff becus im dubm huh huhuh uhuhuh huh !!!11!!1!11!!!1**

also will the camera and gps have to be 2.7 probobly huh well if one of em is serial then maybee i hope somebody will hack to be able to use them with 1.5
and since gps will be reaching sattelites even when there is no wi-fi hot spots near by (duhhhh) it might alow us to have wireless internet conection anywhere

Gran turismo hd, COOL!
Damn. It's 1.20am here (UK) and I have to sleep to go to school tomorrow. SO tempted with the live feed.....I'm sure I can download it later, but so many important information will be there....:'(
Here in Holland it's 2:25 am, and my school starts in about 5 hour's
omg dude 2 second loading times for gt hd on the ps3 in 1080p!
wOW!
12 times better
No, the potential for wireless sattelite internet is extremely unlikely. GPS devices rarely (If ever) send signals up to the sattelites in space, they just recieve the signals coming down, triangulate based on angle/position/signal strength (or something like that) from the sattelites, and get an approximate point accurate somewhere within 10-20 feet depending on the number of sattelites in range to help verify data. Unfortunately this means the system is is completely bunk if there are less than 3 sattelites within range.
basically, the only way you could get sattelite internet with this thing is if you carried around a mini-dish that you kept continuously pointed in the direction of the sattelite. The alternative would be to use an extreme high power transmitter which doesn't go over to well with the FCC, may give you brain cancer, and would eat through tons of battery. Another problem that comes up is the considerably higher lag time you get on sattelite internet, thus making online games laggy and unplayable.
In summary, NO YOU THICK BASTARD
And @1, the downloads are gonna be temporary ones that aren't saved to the mem stick so STFU already!
It looks better than 360!
"the world of gt will not expand, it will explode." wtf!
just watch the Live feed from gamespot of the Sony Conference. This gran turismo hd demo is boring.

Is the ps1 emu base on a game basis? I don't wanna pay 5 bucks everytime I wanna get a game I already have.
dude that looks pretty cool
on the gamespot e3 live sony conference they just showed a demo of the ps1 emulator of the guy playing ridge racer up and you can even adjust the sreen size, just like the loco rocco demo you have to go to the memory stick icon under the game icon to load the game up. load times look great
