The second trailer for Irem's Disaster Report 3 is sporting even more gameplay footage than its first one (which had more cutscenes than actual gameplay). What's even cooler here is that we see the multiplayer mode in action.

For a game that's all about stress levels running high and the city crumbling to pieces, the theme song here sure is ironic. Aww, how the power of love overcomes the forces of nature!

» I LOVE games like this.

Now, THIS is how you help to resurrect a dying system!

Yeah, I know that this is considered a 'niche' market type of game, but it's games like this that helped the DS to be where it is today. It's all about being UNIQUE. Yeah i like rehashed games and ports as much as the next guy, but I love games that make me FEEL and make me THINK.

This is the winning formula Sony:

Games that make the gamer FEEL + THINK= WIN!

I also think the music is fitting ironically. It has more to do with setting the mood for caring for others. Must we all always have heavy metal with guns a-blazing?

my 2 cents
