YAY!! 1ST FIRST!!!!! I AM GOD!!!!!!! RAWR!!!! YAY!!!!
1ST POST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1
maybe your last and were posting backwards.....
"at the moment there is no way to lose."
How is that possebole :D
This might be the reason why Sony don't want us to have homebrew...
Great I wonder how long before this gets a Cease & Desist order. lol
Yea, so they can sell tetris, and make money.
Well its not technically breaking the law is it? Because the dev has made everything themselves.
I can completly port any game as long as its my own code and images :P
beign on the same system, its just beign ported to a half-assed coding language =P
It looks good tho, but If I want a half-assed Lumines experience, Ill use the 30MB ISO lol
this isnt bad tho, it looks good, hopefully soem updates might make tis worht playing, but for now, its just better to play the Lumines UMD
PUT PSPUPDATES TO HOW IT WAS, NOT WITH THE *****TY 'SHOW' THING!!!!
This crashes my psp.
(2.01 with luaplayer 0.16)
WHY OMGOSH!! iM SOO GOOD AT THIS GAME!! I NEVER DIED B4!!! lol im jk
Why not just buy the game lumines??? It only requires a 1.5 firmware and it's pretty cheap now. Why bother with a homebrew of lumines is beyond me?
so you don't have to actually BUY it for 50 dollars lol..
The only real upside to having this is that you don't have to switch between GTA and Lumines. the real lumines UMD is better, so many more features and music. But this is a plus for those who just want the raw game experience.
mmmhmm
It is breaking the law, its called intulectal property.
kudos on keeping the homebrew scene going, and a nice coding job - but why spend ur time trying to code a game that's already on PSP? not to mention, a game that's almost flawless in presentation and execution...
o well, good work
but i dont care, i still would love to play this game
keep up the good work
cant wait for an update
isnt this copywrite enfringement?
If it doesnt work, just remove the "System.usbDiskModeActivate()" from index.lua
At the top :)
Recently there has been a surge of homebrew clones of popular PC games to the PSP. Clones such as StarCraft, Age of Empires, Red Alert, and more. Remember, developer companies of these games still have active copyrights on their games. Ripping sprites from their games and using them in your own homebrew port is illegal, regardless of what coding of the backend is like (obviously homebew code since the source for these games has not been released yet). Also, using the game's name in your port, even with different in-game sprites, is also illegal. So you could have a clone of say StarCraft, call it StarCraft PSP, and use different sprites as well, but you would still be producing illegal material
Loving the blatant ripoff of their logo and the fact you can't die :D
Nice work, mate. Looking forward to the updates :)
Just download the newest version :D(0.02)
I love this.
ahead of myself? yes. BUT, it is a possibility....more-new-greater features=the future of this homebrew!!! thank you!
Why rip a game FOR the PSP anyway? Why not just go out and buy a copy of Lumines? It would be much much better than this one anyway.
"YOU CAN LOOSE NOW"
LOL
lol, nice update!
Those of you who think this is a ripped version of Lumines, you are sadly mistaken, this is a clone of it written in LUA. Don't you people bother to read?!!
Cool! Thank you :P
