Ó

MGS portable ops - Image 1For some people, the PSP-1000 model still remains the most tried and tested of all three PSP models. While the newer PSP Slim and PSP-3000 may have its own issues and, uh, "features," you can't deny that the Phat has its own robustly positive feedback.

Here's a chance of bagging a PSP-1000 unit - and it's not just your run-off-the-mill Phat either: it's the MGS: Portable Ops Camouflage Limited Edition PSP which was released in Japan some two years ago.

As QJ.NET forum poster Ge64 points out, someone in eBay is selling one these rare gems - 100% brand new, never opened, and all that eBay fanfare. The bundle contains the following:
  • NEW unique camouflage print PSP-1000CA system
  • NEW Metal Gear Solid: Portable Ops UMD game
  • NEW Special MGS:PO Pins (Collectors Items)
  • NEW "Naked Snake" Special hemp PSP case
  • NEW "Naked Snake" PSP wrist band
You can place your bids via the eBay link below.

 » yeahbut

i dig my slim psp.

now if they had that whole bundle in slim (without the skin) or maybe a removable skin even, then i would definently consider one for myself.... ive had the phat psp before and allthough i loved it untill i striked it with a head but to the screen lol,the slim is more convenient ina way ya know?

 » omg

if I had 600 I would get it and never will open it at all.

This would probably cost a lot in the feature.

» as i stated in another post

i prefer my 1st console (1st console of that "kind/generation") neutral, like i have the original PSP, the lite and the brite (yet to own brite actually) then WHEN i have the non-themed version, then i might buy the themed ones as something "extra", i mean; so i have the original AND the themed one :)

and i guess you all think im weird on this matter, but my excuse is, if the theme was DMC4 it would be cool for 2 months, then MGS4 come out, and i would want a MGS4 themed PS3 instead, bu thwn neutral (non-themed) there's never such (personal) issues/problems :)

   Re: martin447 - 2008-10-22
» oops; i suck at spelling

or maybe im writing too fast?

but nonetheless, a spelling-error occoured in the last line "bu thwn", i meant to type "but WHEN... neutral"

:) i always screw my first post :( :) :| xD

   Re: martin447 - 2008-10-22
 » now i even forget.

i meant to type "i always MANAGE to screw UP my first post'"

and i'm pretty sure i spelled "manage" wrong, right? ;)
