Last year's Macross Ace Frontier was pretty successful, and so Namco Bandai is looking to replicated that success with a sequel called Macross Ultimate Frontier. Among the shows represented in the new game are Do You Remember Love?, Macross Plus, Macross 7, Macross Frontier and Macross Zero.
PSPHyper notes that a few mecha from previous Macross games are also in the game along with new characters, new scenes from the anime, a new operator, and a new feature caleld "Missile Alert". Macross Ultimate Frontier, which is reportedly 70% complete, will be released in Japan this fall. Here are a couple of scans. Related articles:

» Good point
If I am not able to import Jap games that will never see the light in the US, the PSPGo! is not going to be a buy for me ever. I own the fist Macross game, still play the hell out of it.

» Ace Frontier is good
But unfortunately the control is so sluggish and frusturating to control, even when you're good at the game. The Gundam Battle series had amazing gameplay so if you haven't played those even if you're not a fan of Gundam, I'd recommend importing those.
Import Gundam Battle Universe if you want everything. I'd also recommending importing Gundam Battle Royale. Even though Royale is an earlier revision with less missions, there are some things they didn't add from that one to the new ones in which it does better(rockets are better and were changed for Chronicles and Universe for the worse as well as the boost slashes are much better in Royale where they were changed to triple slashes that will miss the majority of the time in Chronicles and Universe.)

Also, you should still be able to import. Just make another email that opens up the Japanese PSN instead. Pay for it that way.
