 » Ummmm

Nobody cares who gets first post. That crap is for children. And I doubt many more people will comment on this game. The 64 needs to be removed and replaced with NES or 8bit.

 » yeah

and remove the mario and the kart also,
v3 is a good title for a game this lame

   Re: UltimaArmorX - 2008-07-20
 » lol v3 that's great..

I bet if the dev had any reasonable amount of decency he would of called this crapbrew "Mario Krap" or something to that effect, acknowledging the low quality that it is.

Anyways, here come the ignorant star r@pists... *shrug*

 » Use Deadalus

Dudes, just use Deadalus, the N64 emulator 4 PSP. If u can find one of the unofficial betas of version R14 (i don't think the official R14 is out yet) and the Mario Kart 64 rom, it runs the actual game pretty decently. U can also change the frameskip and other settings to your likings. If u can't find a beta of (or the official) R14, R13 should run it fine as well.

"Developer SeanPaul223 recently released the third version of the homebrew _port_ for Mario Kart 64 on the PlayStation Portable."

Please look up the definition of port in relation to computing. This is not related to the Mario Kart 64 codebase in the slightest. You could possibly call this a clone because of the developer's delusional vocabulary usage. It's a cheap imitation.

Some of you need to contribute something other than your 2 cents. It never ceases to amaze me how ungrateful some of you brats are. I mean someone takes time out of their life to do something for others and whether its up to a certain standard or not is not the point. The point is that someone is doing something for you and if you don't won't it and/or you can't make helpful comments then crawl back under your rocks you trolls

Deadalus is buggy as hell on the slim so until a real R14 is out thats a no go

As far this, I think that the tracks need to be more challenging but maybe the only way to do that is by changing the side scrolling view to a top down one if not a third person view

What? Before I got into shareware and commercial games I used to produce freeware, and I got plenty of negative comments (mostly by people who can't give C+C, or at least properly express themselves). It's something you have to put up with and makes you grow as a person.

But come on now, Mario Kart 64 this is not. I don't understand why the dev decided on such a name since, on many levels, it's a step back from the original Mario Kart.

the typical hypocrite of the corrupted public.

aint that the pot calling the kettle. you should have saved the bandwith instead of further proving my point but thanks anyways

   Re: UltimaArmorX - 2008-07-21
 » Oh, gee, sorry.

I was only repeating something I read in a japanese anime saying something about how most people (if not all) are hypocrites.

So uh, I'm still waiting for you to contribute something to the community. What did I miss? An auto-rant generator created in lua?

   Re: UltimaArmorX - 2008-07-21
» Do you need me to spell it out?

These lines "As far this, I think that the tracks need to be more challenging but maybe the only way to do that is by changing the side scrolling view to a top down one if not a third person view"

contradict these lines

"Some of you need to contribute something other than your 2 cents. It never ceases to amaze me how ungrateful some of you brats are."

therefore, Blaxima the hypocrite. Whats done is done, chump.

   Re: Blaxima - 2008-07-21
» I'll spell it out for you seeing as you need it

"The point is that someone is doing something for you and if you don't won't it and/or you can't make helpful comments then crawl back under your rocks you trolls"

and now a helpful comment

"As far this, I think that the tracks need to be more challenging but maybe the only way to do that is by changing the side scrolling view to a top down one if not a third person view"

unlike

"and remove the mario and the kart also,
v3 is a good title for a game this lame"

or my favorite

"therefore, Blaxima the hypocrite. Whats done is done, chump."

I'm gonna guess that anime was a picture book becuase your comprehension is for sh8 and you've yet to contribute anything towards the actually game which was "the point" I first made but I'm sure you've made yourself feel tough all the same

@raggedjimmi
I hear what your saying and I agree with you. It's just that I don't see why everyone (previous releases of this game) is so hung up on the name, I mean who cares what seanpaul wants to call it, it's just a name! He can call it Mario Turns Trix 36 for all I care I just don't like seeing people tear someone down like they have for no reason and that can discourage people from wanting to contribute to such an ungrateful community and just keep things for themselves

   Re: failtorespond - 2008-07-21
 » ..

How is it supposed to get any better if noone voices what they honestly think?

Besides that you have to admit having the "64" in the name isn't exactly helping this homebrew get any positive feedback because it's rather misleading and upping the expectations that people have upon first reading about this homebrew.
