The Valhalla Knights series is brought to you by Marvelous and XSEED - Image 1Sometimes, companies join forces for the purpose of establishing a greater industry presence in a particular country or region. That's exactly what Marvelous and XSEED hope to achieve in North America. In fact, both companies recently signed a co-publishing agreement in order to achieve that very purpose.

Both Marvelous Entertainment Managing Director Yasuhiro Wada and XSEED Games President Jun Iwasaki were pleased at the prospect of being able to work together.  Wada expressed confidence in being able to expand into what he called the "largest gaming market in the world." Iwasaki noted that Marvelous Entertainment has "an exceptional library of original and creative games."

Marvelous Entertainment's and XSEED Games first joint venture will be Valhalla Knights 2 for the Sony PSP, which has been scheduled for release this coming fall 2008. Expect both companies to announce more titles under this co-publishing deal in the near future.
