The PSP game Mind Quiz has already been released in various parts of the globe. If you haven't heard of the game, think of Brain Age and you'll know what this is all about. Well, the game, which is known in Japan as Brain Trainer, is part of the long list of Sega games and was actually designed by Dr. Kawashima himself. So why are we talking about a game that has been released for a few months now? Well, in case you haven't bought a copy of it or if you're considering buying the game, this might tickle your fancy. AZ92 over at the PlayStation forums is hosting a few flash demos of the game, formatted for the PSP. Interested, click on our read link below to go straight to AZ92's post. |

The end of the month is coming up, and while you guys will be out there
running around trick-or-treating, we thought we'd tickle your gaming
sweet tooth by giving you a compilation list of the games coming out
for the next few days. Once again, save
yourself the trouble of sweating out a long walk to you local retail store, and enjoy our Halloween treat for 'ya. And while there's a lot of games to look forward to, we'll have to honestly say that our top picks would have to be The Sims 2: Pets (Sickeningly cute animals, go figure), and FEAR (This one just for this holiday's sake). With all the health-related trends lately, from diets to quick weight loss exercise programs, it sure is nice to know that the brain is not being left out.And it is being explored in more creative ways. Mind Quiz, the hit brain training game in Europe from Ubisoft and Sega, is making its way to the PSP. Already making waves in Japan, the PSP version will be available in stores come November. Mind Quiz for the PSP will test calculation, reflex, judgment and memory. All these are actually qualified to exercise the brain with scientific experiments. It will also include the fast-rising Brain Age with its checking mode. This allows the player to evaluate their brain age by solving questions once a day. To evaluate strength, you can choose the school setting for you to enjoy elements such as online gameplay and mock exams. Also included is a challenge mode, as well as a healing gallery. You begin the game training with school teachers, getting to try various unique brain training programs and difficulty settings as you advance in level. Mind Quiz is the European version of the Japanese blockbuster series Brain Trainer, and is deemed to be the best in the series yet. It is designed to help train and stimulate the brain and is supervised by Dr. Kawashima, the Japanese authority on Functional Brain Imaging. |
