It's been another week, and now we have the latest from Media Create. Animal Crossing: City Folk comes in at #1, followed by handheld releases Chrono Trigger DS and Mobile Suit: Gundam vs. Gundam. Find out if your favorite game made it to the top of the software charts.

The steel giants are making giant strides as Mobile Suit: Gundam vs. Gundam sells 240,594 copies in its first week. Of course, the rest of us who don't have the game can just envy those 240,594, sulking over all the steel-busting, rocket-launching action that we're missing out on.

When announced, the Ad hoc Party feature was only confirmed to be supported by one title:  Monster Hunter Portable 2nd G. Soon after, Phantasy Star Portable was also announced to also support it. And hey - just yesterday, Dissidia: Final Fantasy too! The list of games using the Ad hoc Party feature is a trickling stream, but now, we have quite a torrent: not just one additional game is added to the list - and not two, three, or four either - we've got a hefty sum of over 30 additional titles! It's bad enough that Mobile Suit Gundam: Gundam vs Gundam hasn't been announced for a Western release, and now Namco Bandai releases over thirty screens of the new mobile suits that will be available in the PSP slugfest game. What a tease, ya? Get a load of all that shiny metal! So crisp, so vibrantly new, so... so asking to be bent, mangled, and burnt beyond recognition!

If you're the jealous type, this news isn't for you - unless you live in Japan, in which case I'm jealous of you. Japan gets another shiny thing before any other region (for all we know, they'll be the only region who gets this): the Gundam vs. Gundam PSP-3000 model, with a Gundam-themed emboss on the backside. Giant mecha slug it out once again in the latest installment of the Gundam video game franchise for the PlayStation Portable. Making use of the well-renowned characters from the fictional universe, Mobile Suit Gundam: Gundam VS Gundam is a 3D fighting game to be released by Namco Bandai.
