The past couple of months have indeed been crazy for the homebrew scene, what with all the exciting stuff that's been coming our way. While we absolutely don't mind being bombarded with PSX emulations, getting updates on other emulators ain't so bad as well. Especially if it's from someone whom we all thought has already dropped the project to tinker with some other bigger thing. About one month PSP had not touched, but the experiment which is transplanted to Windows/Linux privately with SDL correction of 1.66 bugs which with the process which does are discovered and, taking in the result of drawing speed improvement experiment of the line scroll which has become vague, you adjusted lastly. As for CPS2PSP, because the analysis of CPS2 is advanced with MAME, also cryptographic cancellation algorithm at 0.111u5 point in time is taken in. Furthermore, because the intention which reopens the development with PSP it is not, please acknowledge beforehand. |

Proper ad&d soon
P-E-N-I-S
So the CPS2PSP actually CAN get better!! I was more than happy w/just marvel vs. capcom... but if i can run d&d too that'll be sweet!
I didn't think this emulator could get any better on this system, then NJ comes out of nowhere and knocks us all on our asses. Awesome emulator.
This is one of best emulaters on the psp so now we got CPS2 full speed and ad hoc, gonna play D&D multiplayer
so how do i make this work on my 1.5 psp? this isn't using the kxploit but i don't get what it mean about the please use the installation utility for PSP
how do i use ad hoc mode? can somebody help...?
If you want to play a game with AdHoc, select the game with the Square button.
Thanks NJ!
thnx pal.... was that anywhere in the readme?
ppl who dunno. try this. notice after u load the program, u'll c yr game. now instead off pressing circle button to start the game like the previous cps2psp, u can start the game in adhoc by pressing square. u'll know wat we meant.
I just checked his website, seems that he updated the cps1 (now version 1.8.3b) and neogeo mvs (now version 1.7.0) emulators as well. Go to http://nj-emu.hp.infopseek.co.jp to get them
Go to http://nj-emu.hp.infoseek.co.jp to get them
Some roms are blurry w/this new CPS2PSP v1.8.4. I'm using 3.10_OE-A. Anybody w /the same problem?
most probably u r using the old cache. u need 2 reconvert with the new romcvr supplied with the package
what does this program do
CPS2 (Capcom Play System 2) was an system used by capcom to handle all of their arcade games in the early to mid 90's. This particular program is a emualtor for this and it plays the arcade version of games such as Marvel vs. Capcom, X-men vs. Street Fighter, and the Street Fighter Alpha series.
has anyone tried using the wifi yet? if so how about xlink kai?
btw: 1.50 users, update to 3.10oe-a2 already. go get the 3.10oe install maker and run it.
CANT GO WRONG THIS! =)
I play Marvel Vs Capcom 2 on a competitive level. His last rendition of CPS2 didn't render MVC well enough on a pro-level. Any players who play on a tournament level who played MVC on the new CPS2 have any comments on this?
Is this version of CPS2 "good enough" to run MVC flawlessly or are there still occasional slow downs? I'm not hating, I'm very appreciative, I just know that MVC is a heavy-duty game making it difficult for normal speed. Holla back
Try turning off raster effects, i dont see a noticeable drop in framerate, an occasional frame or 2.
i dunno if its just me but this version doesnt seem to work on my psp. I cant seem to find the CPS2PSP% folder? i have a ver.1.5, does this mean i need to update it in order for me to play this updated version?
I have a PSP with firmware 1.5 (and no I do not want to upgrade to 3.something) how do I get this stuff to work? I did everything the read me said, but I do not have the config file (the emulator is supposed to make this) and I get the error 80020001. Does it work on FW1.5 anyhow?? Normally there was a folder cp2psp%?
