Dark AleX began everything with his Open Edition (OE) firmwares. becus25 followed suit with custom firmwares dubbed as Increasing Edition (IE). This time, another coder known around the QJ.NET PSP Development Forums as FreePlay has come up with the Puzzle Bobble Custom Firmware. |

url not found you liar/scammer/traffic wh0re/spammer
i opoloigize for the link being down...plz go here..http://000url.com/money
OMFG are u kidding damn auit spamming.
Please read this, you will be excited. When you click this link, http://000url.com/money you will go to a website that will show you how to sign up for another website that pays you 2 - 45$ (PER) to do surveys, sign up for trial offers, and test products.
Companies such as ebay pay CC to have people try their offers, and when you complete an offer, CC simply passes the money onto you. By spending an average of 3-4 hours a week on cascrate,
I have made 472$ in April, 412$ in May, and 271$ (SO FAR) in June. You get paid in real checks from "KINGSIDE MEDIA" every month that you earn 10 dollars or more. It may seem too good to be true,
but I assure you it IS true. Also, with their referral program, you can refer people by sending them your link (you get when you sign up) and for every buck they earn, you get 20 cents also! (Think how much money you can make if you have 100 people making five bucks a day)
You do not have to enter your credit card or social security number. Nothing Harmful can come from CC. YOU DO NOT HAVE TO BE 18 OR OLDER, I AM 15 YEARS OLD AND REFERRING PEOPLE, AND I MAKE THIS MUCH MONEY A MONTH
JUST SPENDING A COUPLE MINUTES A DAY ON THE COMPUTER! THANK YOU VERY MUCH FOR READING THIS.
Think it's a scam? Read this(from the website) "We assure you that this is not a scam! Companies need consumers to try and review products, services, and websites and are willing to pay money to have them do so.
Most of the time you're asked to do this without any compensation, what we do is take the money companies give us for YOUR participation, and give you back up to 75% of it!"
There are alot of websites like this, I have tried almost all of them and this really is the best, and legit one.In addition there is a new UK section opened with more then $200 worth of free offers!
[NO AGE REQUIREMENT, NO CREDIT CARD, NO DETAILED INFORMATION, AND YOU DONT HAVE TO GIVE A SINGLE PENNY!]

what a fake! you can just shut the psp off when the game is about to load, make another video showing you removing the battery, putting it back in then doing it!
lets see you do something sweet like this. I like this idea and hope to ditch Dax's 3.40 OE and hop on board with FreePlay.
I'm not saying it's not real, but he could just be loading an iso in NOUMD mode on an OE firmware..
he took out the memstick
itz not an OE firmware if you look at the xmb when it existes there is no network caragoory...meaning he's on 1.5 or a IE firmware.. but i dont know if the 1.5 IE's support no umd mode...
Yeah it would be nice, but without the stupid puzzle bobble.
DAX is Freeplay, lol
Yah... can load the entire game into the PSP's memory. Would be neat to see it start up from the XMB or like said above, with the battery removed and replaced.
~dan
I took the UMD and the memory stick out, idio.
this is a joke
Lol....just lol. Read it!
freeplay is a qu33r and whatever he does will be as g@y as he is
well you would know!
It's a Fake Video!!
Notices how the BLUE MEMORYSTICK just completely VANISHES!!
O_o"
YOUR RIGHT!!! OMG I laughed my ass of when i sall that....
hahaha no?? he DROPED the blue memory stick! it didnt VANISH.
roflmfaooooo
It would be a cold day in hell before i put that ***** on my PSP. I'd purposely brick it (or just smash it with a hammer) first.
I think that someone should work on a CFW to resemble that of an iPhone or make a program to do the same. Just my 2 cents
I just wasted my time to watch this dumb video and I saw basically absolutely nothing special.
my 2 cents
Yeah, right. Nothing special here. It's only just a Dark Alex proof-of-concept being verified!
Course, if you're so smart, then surely you're ready to pick up where Dark Alex left off. [sarcasm]
i dout this guy can take the place of dark alex
The difference between Dark-Alex and Becaus5 is one does crack and the other doesn't. You should know which does and doesn't but ill give ya a hint. The fat one does crack ;)
Actually, the difference between DAX and becus25 is that DAX does something useful and the actual work, and becus25 adds an useless second recovery which provides no extra security on top of DAX' CFW.
Aww now I feel bad for the poor dude. C'mon people, sure Puzzle Bobble isn't OE but its still custom firmware. If your reading this becaus5 please continue the work that DAX did before his brain fell out and he quit. Your brains much much bigger anyway and it won't fall out!
With DAX gone all us stuck on or just not willing to leave CFW its people like this who are working towards something usefull that will take DAX place... and giving them a hard time does nothing for the homebrew scene... i say way to go for his input into the psp homebrew scene....!!!!
how much is depressing... d_a you was the man...
Oh my god, they steal D_A the customfirmwares! Stop that! Make REAL customfirmwares and not that *****! Make a 3.51 OE! THEN you are a customfirmware programer.
But didn't DAX pull this "I'm leaving" ***** a while back too? And guess what he was still there, so I wouldn't think this is any different (no offense to you Alex, I love your ***** bro).
But anyways, you can tell that FreePlay is *****ing around with us, lol, look at the "Vanishing" (yes it is vanishing you *****in' idiots, he pretended to drop it, turned off his camera, put it back in, and turned on his camera) memory stick. Then, as he quits the ISO, look how the Memory Stick icon is still right smack there.
And one more thing -- even if he didn't have a memory stick or UMD in, he could have just started the ISO, put it in sleep (which he did, showing from the beginning) and the game temporarily stores to the RAM, as in any video game, you can still play the game for a bit while the actual physical memory is gone.
the comments here sicken me. I don't see any of you doing any coding...
Good work on this custom firmware
The entire game is in flash0. And it's released. So, go f*ck yourself.
the LEAST DaX could do is release the source code of his OE firmware or something so others can pick up where he left off.
It is true that games are loaded into the psp's flash memory. I can play a whole quarter of NCAA Football 07 after unplugging my psp from usb when using PSP Host without any disk or iso on the memory stick. After a while it will freeze and you have to plug it in to load more information for the game to continue. But puzzle bobble is a tiny game thats about 12 mb. That is probably what this guy did in the video. If it is a real cfw somehow then its a good idea with a bad game theem.
That's RAM, not flash memory.
Puzzle Bobble fits on flash0.
you're right about the vanishing skick, however the memory stick icon is actually the save data icon witch is always there. try it yourself
