Gripshift RType - Image 1

Here's yet another game budding from MaTiAz and FreePlay's monster of an exploit, the GripShift Sparta exploit. This new homebrew game is an R-Type clone, a side-scrolling space shooter I'm sure some of you are more than familiar with.

Now the game is pretty basic, and the developer, undernoize, does concede to its simplicity. However, this being the early stages of PSP-3000 homebrew, this is actually quite a leap from what we're used to - since exploits are usually followed by Tetris clones, Pong clones, and whatnot.

Waste of time really trying to play homebrew games on the PSP. Applications and such are the ones that matter.
