Koooool
makes me want a 1.50 a lot now!
so basically all we need now are 1.0 eBOOTs?
and all homebrew games will never come with a dumb and dumb% folders again?
But it uses KXploit to work.
Copy "NOKXPLOIT" and "NOKXPLOIT%" folder
neat, but I don't really care anymore. although it will be nice to get rid of the few corrupt icons I'm still stuck with.
You can hide the icon in almost all homebrew anyway using the 1% ______1 thing. And you don't have to worry about turning the psp off. This just adds another icon & another program you have to run. Big freakin deal. If they release this as a flashmod thing then ya it will be awsome but until then this is useless. Who cares...

I prefer the old way... And this could be done through an eboot loader "ELF", as many shells (like PSP-OSS) do.
This isn't an improvement at all.
It stops the iso loaders form working. Screw this. **And how is this person from your forums. Shes got *1* wow 1 freaking post here. Do you not think shes from somewhere else. You guys say From **OUR** forums with every damn thing that is released. Its not from **Your** forums making it sound like a pspupdates release. Geze....
i dont care about the two folders...all i do is copy and paste...it doesn't take any time...and you can hide ALL corrupted icon...basically the old way for 1.5 is fine...nothing wrong with it....if the wheel isn't broken why fix it?
plus this app is just gonna be another USELESS step....why would i wanna run this just to run a homebrew? cuz im too lazy to put both files in? thats just plain stupid......basically this app is gonna add another step for no reason....i dont believe this app should be on front page
At the moment this is not really great news, why go through the trouble of running this program every time the PSP is restarted when there is already a program that will organize the PSP's GAME directory in order to ensure that those corrupted icons, while still in existence, are pushed to the back of the menu and out of your way?
However, I have heard that somebody from Team Emergency Exit (I forget the person's name, sorry) is supposedly working on a firmware dual boot hack that can be used to automatically launch this program. If that ever gets released chances are this program will be quite popular. There is also the potential for this program to evolve into a firmware hack (if anybody is gutsy enough to risk their 1.5 PSP systems in order to get rid of corrupt icons, that is).
Of course you won't!! Just because you're using their exploit to get this nonsense-app running... Please stop saying stupid sentences like that.
FOY.
you could also launch FA++ to do this p:

Why do you gotta be so anal? The bloggers retrieved the information from their forums because it was posted there, not some other resource. Otherwise, they would have cited that they received it from another reliable source. Of course it's not a pspupdate release, but the whole reason why this site is even up is to update us on the homebrew scene.
Im amazed everyday when i see somebody post up saying that "theres a program to organize your corrupted icon to the bottom" or anything like that....HELLO are you guys PSP users or what? theres been an app that get ride of ALLLLLL corrupted icon since the scene started.....i never have a corrupted icon on my psp.....so let me school you guys the tool is SeiPSPTool....a must have for people that likes to keep their psp clean
If you don't like it don't post simple, you *****ing animals
If this did write to the flash so it was perminant than that would be much better
like does this flash anything? and also when i turn off the psp will i still be able to use only 1 eboot?
I'm gonna stick with my usual loading. One thing I liked about 1.5 was not needing to run another program first to load my homebrew. That is kinda the point so running this everytime I turn on my psp is just ruining it.
I think its a great advancement, but having to run this program before running any homebrew on a 1.50 PSP is pretty pointless. The corrupt icon thing does not really bother me and they can be hidden if you use Sei's trick. I'm glad they released the source code. I'm sure someone will take it and modify the sceLoadExec module and release something that replaces it in the flash0.
Of course I would never feel save modifying my PSP's firmware.
you need to redownload all your eboots again because your corrupted ones can't boot up. Unless there is a program to make corrupted icons useful, this is an in the background program.
Although this loader sounds cool I feel so bad for that guy. moment of silence.......
Dude released good patch but as most of you i agree with you, the old way is better becouse it is checked and 100% shure. This is the first release and we all know first releases have some bugs.
No more compatibilty problems (version), Thus you've got the choice in case there's ony 1.0 release (some people is very lazy to use the Kxploit Tool) and u said its sucks!!! I really cannot understand u guys (coward)
Whilst its annoying to have to run it on each boot, since it's essentially a FW patch, could it be incorporated into PSPSet? That would be the most elegant system.
Pointless or what!
a lot of new homebrew wasnt released with a 1.0 version.
have fun converting 1.5 eboots to 1.0. always fun to have more things in ram, anyword how much ram its taking up?
This is amazing.

"But it uses KXploit to work." - Nice observation, lol
At first I thought this was some kind of cool new revolution where we wouldn't have corrupted icons. Turns out its not very functional (can't turn off you psp) and requires you to restructure all your homebrew over again. Why does qj.net love this thing so much. I don't think I ever will. AND I truely hope they don't try and convince devs to stop releasing in the 2 folder 1.5 friendly fashion!
YOu are such an idiot. You don't have to convert 1.5 eboots to 1.0 eboots.Just delete %homebrew folder and left only homebrew folder and it will work.
