Nekokabu has updated the PSP cheat program to version 0.11 today. PSP Cheat Hacker is an action-replay type of cheating system that will allow you to cheat in all of the games you own. If you wish to cheat, you will be able to use designated cheat codes for your game. Jeff Chen posted the translated instructions for the cheat application in the
