There really is no license on the software, so what he's doing is perfectly legal. Even if it was Open-Source, GNU license allows for the software to be resold.

I realise this is what the world is but this is sad. I think its horrible that that person could make money off of someone elses hard work. I dont think Dark_Alex is a god. But i think he is a revolutionary to the PSP Homebrew Community. He has helped my PSP be my only friend :( but seriously. The PSP would be nothing without Homebrew. Thank you Dark_Alex and all the others like Ookm and Art... theres alot to mention but some of these people are the ones that come to mind. LOL. What i said sounds so EMO.
