Why would you want to spoof your own firmware version? Because you can, thanks to Mr_Shizzy's homebrew app, Easy Spoof v1 Beta. This is a simple tool that, as the name clearly suggests, allows you to spoof your firmware version. Now, don't be confused with this one: it does NOT actually change your firmware, just the firmware version display in the XMB, under the "System Settings/ System Information", alright? It's a spoof, remember. Anyhow, this is just Beta v1 so the dev says he'll probably be updating more in the future to accommodate more than eight characters for use in the firmware spoofs. » Cool app, but where's the 3xx/4xx kernel support?
I'm not moving from 3.80M33 because I need irshell to work. Can we get a 3xx/4xx kernel version?
