Homebrew Portal Launcher v1.0 only requires you to place the contents of your favorite portal in "psp/game/pl/portal" and then from there, you can run the launcher from psp-game.

The dev also notes that portal makers can also use this as their portal homebrew launcher by changing the (Icon0 etc) and release their upcoming portals as homebrew apps.
