To use:
  1. Load the app.
  2. Say joke
  3. Press the X button on your PSP
  4. Profit
Instant Rimshot is Hideous' first release. Congratulations Hideous, glad to see your first app doesn't do your name credit.

I think in this case, the ???? was actually revealed. It would have looked like this:

1. load app
2. say joke
3. ????
4. profit
