 Hello again, DJB. The 2.8 Update for PSP Pandora Deluxe is here. Since version 2.7 a couple weeks back, there have been a few updates to the support tools that you might need. See the changelog below. Changelog: v2.8 (2008-11-22)
You will need a PC running either Windows 2000, XP, 2003, or Vista along with .NET Framework v2.0. Of course, you'll also need a PSP with USB Cable and 1.50 or 3.xx/4.xx/5.xx M33 Custom Firmware Installed. See the readme for more details.
